The hotel is only a 5 min walk from Milan Central Station. The hotel is hidden behind another building, but look for Hertz car hire office and it's right opposite that. From the outside it looks a bit dated, but once inside it is very smart and nice looking. The rooms are very big, spacious and very clean. The breakfast bar has a very large variety of food. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Una Century is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, easily the best in Italy and continental Europe. The room was huge, even by American size standards. The couch and lounge area, the working area and the separate bedroom were all unexpectedly large. The mechanical shades on the big wall-to-wall windows overlooking Milan were a nice touch. We made use of the large space by getting some local produce, bread and cheese and just having dinner in our room some nights. The room was very clean and in good condition. The location was also quite amazing, as the hotel is a five-minute walk from the Central Station in Milan (where you can get trains in and out of Milan, buses to the airport as well as two lines of the Metro). The breakfast (included in the stay) was also amazing. The selection of meats and breads and cakes and fruits rivaled that of any 4-star restaurant. At this point, I feel like I should say something negative to give this review the 'feel of legitimacy.' I am seriously struggling to find anything in our experience that I didn't like. To be fair, we didn't use the fitness facilities or the internet access, so I can't comment on those. We didn't interact with the staff very much. When we did interact with the staff, they were very professional. I will stay at the Una Century if at all possible on all future trips to Milan.

Complimentary breakfast. Small, old TV, old furniture and horrible mattress. You save money on the complimentary breakfast that is provided, but the old furniture and mattress doesn't quite weigh out.

Hotel is very clean, large breakfast, and huge rooms. Rare to have a walkin closet in a hotel room. Very easy access to train and metro but no noise issues. Would stay there again. Can even walk to center of Milan if you like 20 minute walks. We enjoyed the walks into town.

This hotel was conveniently located to Central Station - no need to rent a car and the metro is only 1 Euro each way into town. Great staff

We were served by the same waiter for the bar and the restaurant, and he was very friendly, and happy to help. The restaurant menu was varied and both service and quality of food was excellent.

Convenient to Metro and restaurants. Very quiet location. Room darkening shades were very conducive to sleep!

The rooms were huge even by US standards with work, relax and sleeping areas within room. The location is great and easy to access the main points of interest in Milan. I plan to stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Milan.

The hotel is ideally located for the central station, about 3 mins walk in a secure courtyard. It is about a 15 minute walk to the main nightlife, but it is a pleasant walt or there are always plenty of trams which stop right outside the hotel and a couple of Metro stations within very easy reach. The staff were very helpful and gave good advice on places to visit. The suites were nice and large enough, if slightly dated, we were on the 17th(top) floor which seemed to be the only non smoking floor in the hotel.I think that the full price of the suite is around £250 a night, which is very overpriced, we paid about £60 and i would have been happy to pay £80.Not the best hotel i have stayed in, but very functional and in a great location if you are travelling to any of the lakes by train for the day.

My wife and I were very pleased with this hotel. Every room is a suite. The price when we stayed was very low. The room and bathroom were very clean. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and a metro stop. Large buffet breakfast was included. The only complaint was that the hotel is a little difficult to find when you leave the train station. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there. We would stay there again.
