We were in town for a wedding, and need a place to pretty much sleep at. The hotel was perfect. Great location right off of I80 and the staff was wonderful. It was a great value. I would stay here again.

It more than meets the needs of one person, and a real deal at 40 bucks a night. Nothing. The room I stayed in was great for 40 bucks a night. I got two rooms, one for me, and one for my friend. Both had a pull out bed in the love seat. Mine, however, actually had a mini fridge, which was quite more than I expected for 40 bucks. The hotel seems to be fairly new. Everything there was fantastic. The continental breakfast isn't anything to jump about, but hey, It¿s free! This place even had wireless internet. Overall, this place is a great value, and if I'm ever in the Grand Island area, I¿ll stay there again.

Though the building and the individual room were a bit shabby, the room was very clean when we arrived and was cleaned to our satisfaction each day. The folks running the motel were extremely friendly and helpful and were responsive to our only need - an iron and ironing board which were delivered within minutes of our request. We were pleasantly surprised by the Continental breakfast. We spent four mornings there and availed ourselves of everything; sausages and sausage gravy over a biscuit, eggs, orange juice, fruit pastries, fresh fruit, two cold cereal choices, and fresh, hot coffee. The quality was okay to good, but there was plenty of it. The air conditioner kept our room at a consistently comfortable level while temperatures were hot and humid during the days. The price was extremely low compared to what we're used to paying on our trips around the country. When we return in a couple of years, we'll definitely plan to return to this motel.

Right on Interstate 80, so great location for travelers, but overall, a dingy, noisy place where the restaurant is closed down and the "continental breakfast" was nothning more than bread, a toaster, some packaged biscuits, and a nasty gray "gravy".

It was the cheapest hotel I could find in the town. For a middle eastern owned hotel in was in much better shape than most of my experiences with similar owned hotels. It was an older hotel but kept up, for the money and what was available in the area it was fine.

I left my dog in my room to go out for breakfast and when I came back I found her running around the parking lot. the staff had let her out and made no attempt to either tell me, or return her to the room. It was an awful experience, for which they offered to return my pet fee of five dollars. The housekeeping staff didn't speak English, the owners spoke enough to say they wouldn't offer me a discount.

First off this hotel was darn near impossible to find. I don't know if the address is wrong, or just weird, but none of the map here on Orbitz, our Garmin GPS in the car, or any of the online maps (Google, Yahoo, Microsoft) show the address anywhere near where the actual hotel is located. A search for the hotel's name on Google lists an alternate address that is closer to correct, but on the wrong (south) side of I-80. It is at the NE corner of the I-80/281/34 interchange but all of the maps put it in various places up around Grand Island 5 miles north of the I-80. Another travel site (the filter here won't let me tell you which one) shows it in the right place on their map, so combined with Google satellite view and folks mentioning in their reviews that it was right next to I-80 we managed to guess the location after 30 minutes of driving around. Once there, the front desk staff were snarly. "Do you want a room?" "Yes, we have a reservation." "No you don't, we don't have any reservations." "Yes, we made a reservation online, on Orbitz." "I don't know what that is." "Uh, OK, well, we did." "Someone else will have to help you then." At which point some other guy came out and managed to find the reservation, but still made us fill out a form with our name, address, etc. As if that wasn't enough, the carpet in the room hadn't been vacuumed, empty soap wrappers were left on the counter, etc. It was late so we gave up and went to sleep. Blech.

King Bed Room was great, even had a fridge, but the pillows were bad. It does not have a pool or many amenities, except a complimentary breakfast consisting of toast, bagels, and rolls. Overall a good stay for the Price. Don't pay for expensive amenities if your not going to use them! This is a good choice for nonamenity people."

This is a good place to stay as you travel. Located right off the interstate and very resonable price. The only bad thing is the size of the tub and toilet, you can't close the door if you are sitting down.

The USA Inn of America in Grand Island was chosen by me due to its close proximity to the interstate hwy. At first glance of the exterior of the hotel and the cars in the parking lot, I was concerned that it was going to be a dive. Actually, the interior was quite clean and attractively decorated. The room was not huge, but it was adequate for a one night stay while traveling. We were pleasantly surprised that their free complimentary continental breakfast was a wonderful spread, including hot sausages, waffles, biscuits w/gravy, and much more. The two issues that we had with the room were that the only sink did not drain and the heat did not work. When I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk in the morning, I got the impression that he didn't believe that the heat didn't work. A thank you for letting me know--we'll check it out would have left me feeling a little better about the customer service at this hotel...especially after spending a night freezing in our bed.

With gas prices the way they are, our budget is extremely tight. The room was not luxrious but it was clean and comfortable and when you are only going to spend a short time there, showering and sleeping, that is what is important. Not having to spend money for breakfast was also a big plus....with a choice of bagels, fresh fruit, and even biscuits and gravy, it was very accomodating!
