The Inn and Conference Center was purchased by the University of Massachusetts in the summer of 2009. Renovations on the Inn have transformed the standard guestrooms on floors one and two to the upgraded Inn Style Rooms you will find today. The Inn Lobby is being re-created to function to today guests needs and a new living room style restaurant and Lounge is being built along the side of the Pawtucket Canal.
