A great hotel if you dont want to be in the middle of the city. Nice view from the balcony. Restaurant food very good. Lack of information on local attractions.

This hotel was a VERY welcome addition to our visit to Europe. We could not get over the two twin beds in one frame with two small, individual blankets that constituted a king bed at all of the other European hotels. We were pleasantly surprised to find a "real" king bed with five pillows at this hotel. We also had a slightly larger shower and plenty of towels. The room was also very warm since it was winter. The staff was fabulous. The front desk even traded us a personal bottle of non-mineral water for our bottle of mineral water when we tried to give it to them. Breakfast is the traditional breakfast of cold cuts and cheese with bread, cereal, coffee and tea. They do not have a cooked breakfast. We would stay here many more times. The city is slightly outside Innsbrook, but easy to find.

Visiting Innsbruck for the first time, we found the hotel to be very beautiful, with lovely timber features and leadlighting in the public areas and restaurant. The staff were charming and helpful. The restaurant served good food. We were given an upgrade to a two room apartment which was an unexpected bonus. Our rooms also had a balcony which overlooked the front of the hotel. Buffet breakfast had plenty of variety. We would definately stay here again when visiting Innsbruck.

We ate at the restaurant one night and asked for a well done steak which the waiter understood what was requested but he returned with a rare steak which made my husband lose his appetite and was not able to eat the meal although we sent it back and it was microwaved for a few minutes. By this time he already had the visions of blood dripping out and made him feel upset to eat it. However, we still paid for the entire meal and the waiter seemed angry when he said he couldn't eat it.

This is a modern hotel with magnificent carved wood moldings and Austrian decor throughout all the public areas. The rooms are nice sized and up-to-date. Zirl is a small town and is just off the Autobahn exit for easy access to Innsbrook and the Brenner Pass. The restaurant is top-shelf and reasonable. The breakfast lacked nothing.Seefeld is a short drive away.

Great hotel, very helpful staff. Restaurant run separately by weird guy with abrupt attitude.Couldn't charge meals and drinks to our hotel bill. Refused to let us sit in the no smoking area since it was laid up for breakfast at 1930 hrs! Food passable, but cooked breakfast cold by 0900 hours with no top-ups by staff. Restaurant spoilt the stay.

Very nice upmarket hotel. I would stay here again at the rate we paid through Late Rooms but I would not be willing to pay the full price. Very nice.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Our only disappointment was dinner in the Restaurant - which we believe is run separately to the Hotel. The service was not good, with main courses arriving before starters were finished, and they were just left on the table! Food was OK, but we would have expected more for the money we paid. However, we would definitely recommend the Hotel.

It was advertised in Innsbruck but is actually several Kms outside of Innsbruck. The hotel was surrounded by mountains, which was lovely. The decor gave us a laugh!!

Our final destination was Innsbruck, and the hotel was a bit out of the city. This was fine since we had a car. Public transportation around this area is not the most accessible. The Hotel Tyrolis was a very clean and elegant hotel with a rustic feel. The staff was very helpful, knew English, and could answer all of our questions. The wireless internet had some problems during our stay, but got fixed by the end. The rooms were spacious and those facing the street have an incredible view of the Alps. The hotel is on a major road, but with the windows closed, the noise is minimal. This was my first time Tyrolis, and would return if I came back.

We stayed in this hotel on our way to Italy. It's really nothing fancy but nice and clean. The interior is a bit old-fashioned, but that can be the style of the hotel. The restaurant is OK: hearty food, based on meat. Schnitzels etc. Again nothing fancy. It is clearly marked that the restaurant is no part of the hotel and that the food will be billed seperately. No problems there.

This hotel is lovely. Though the rooms are small there is enough room to store your things. The bathroom is a little small, but very nice, elegant, and modern. Breakfast is included in the totatl price and you cant beat that in Europe. Breakfast was pleasant and had a nice variety when it comes to a European one. Dinner was excellent and that portions were pretty much American sizes. The waiter was enthousiatic in recommending local dishes. He did not fail us once and his recommendations are worth every Euro. The inside of the hotel is all hand carved wood and constantly reminds you of the Alpine Culture. There is free Internet in the conference room and that was good to have. Now, when you come into Innbruck by train it is imperative one you get your train tickets that day for any other travles because space on the train books up pretty fast. Secondly, make sure you take tha bus to Zirl. We took the local train to Zirl and we were dropped off in the middle of no where. it would of been a 30-60 minute walk to the hotela going all up hill. Thank God an Austrain Gentleman gave us a ride from the train stateion (note: there isnt taxie servea at that train station). Whne you take the bus to the hotel pick it up by the Sparda Bank diagonally from the Imbis Hotel. This hotel is above the other bus stops. If you have problems ask the ticket agent at the train station. At the hotel dont forget to ask about hte free club card fro some discounts in town. There is an Innsbruck Card for 23 Euros, which gives you unlimited trasnportation in the city and free access to the museums and major attractions. I dont recommend this card is you are planning on going skiing. I would buy it once I got back to town, but most things close at 6PM. Overall, I wold come to this htoel for another trip and spend more time there. It is execellent location away from everything so you can really relax. After a long day of snow skiing and touring Innsbruc

Ottima struttura, a soli 10 min. da Innsbruck, vivamente consigliata! Vi consigliamo anche il ristorante a fianco dell'hotel, si è cenato molto bene a prezzi davvero concorrenziali!

A good hotel that provides the experience of staying a chalet on the alps. Good view to the mountains. The location is actually about 20 min from Innsbruck. The free internet access on the lobby was great. The room is a bit small and the shower takes time to get used to.
