| Twin Rivers is located in Fraser, and has great views of the river. This unit has a full kitchen, a nice gas fireplace and a deck with plenty of great views. When staying at this property as our guest, one has full access to the clubhouse. The clubhouse has a large game room with arcades, two hot tubs, and wireless Internet access. If you will be arriving after hours, please contact us at 1-800-551-9943 prior to 5pm for after hours check-in instructions. Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled 45 or more days prior to check-in, a 50 USD cancellation penalty will be assessed. If cancelled less than 45 days prior to check-in, there is no refund.

From Denver International Airport (65NW): 1. Take I-70 West to exit 232. 2. Follow Hwy. 40 into Winter Park. 3. Once you are in down town Winter Park, make a left at 7-11, make an immediate left into the parking lot of Alpine Resort Properties (Large 3 story white building with a clock on the front.)
