The room layout was very nice. The pool is was very small in accordance with the amount of people at the hotel! The rooms were very nice and had great views. The pool area was awful! It was tiny with way to many people in it. It was filthy and nasty. The outdoor hot tub was nasty too!

The Calypso in Panama city Beach is a great place to stay - with or without kids. The only thing that was not perfect was the closure of the pool before 9pm. This seemed too early for an area where the sun doesn't go down until after 9pm. The facility was wonderful, staff answered all questions and were extremely courteous. The condo was clean, well maintained and beautiful.

When I called to ask about lounge chairs, I was told that 2 lounge chairs are included daily at no charge. However, when we arrived, we found out that the chairs were $20 per day. The young kids that manned the chairs were rude and unprofessional, zero customer service. Other than that, the condo was great.

The word I would use to describe this condo is okay. The condo was clean enough, but nothing about it stood out. The pool area was small and they did not have adequate space set aside for seating. The resort also says that free chairs and an umbrella come with your stay. What they do not tell you is that one small row is to meet the needs of three hotels. So your free chairs are given out on a first come, first served basis. They also do not limit the amount of parking spaces they give out for each room, which may sound great at first but then you find yourself searching the tiny parking garage for a place to park and who knows where you go when you can't find one. The place wasn't horrible but I would not stay again. I have stayed at places a lot nicer for the same amount of money or less.

Our vacation at Twin Palms was very relaxing. The accommodations were excellent. Clean pool everyone enjoyed, hot tub, easy beach access with chair rental free with room. Parking in deck below condo, walking distance to shops. Check in and out-painless. The rooms were fresh and updated with lots of room. Kitchen and appliances new and clean. It made it hard to leave and come back home. Hope you enjoy your vacation on the shore of Florida at the Twin Palms.

No one was present in the office for us to check in, had to receive our entry to our room over the phone and was 5 min. late getting into our rooms.

My children and my 2 sisters children have never had a vacation together until we got together in Panama City. We had a fantastic time together! Our rooms were so comfortable. We didn't feel like we were in a hotel, more like home. We will be back!

The overall experience was very well. We enjoyed the wonderful view. The room was very clean and decorated cute. Room 1503. The house keepimg does not enter your room until you check out. You just wash your own towels etc. with provided wash machine and dryer. All dishes and cooking utensils were there.all the amenities of home if not more. Kinda noisy on weekends, but that's expected. There was jet ski rentals and parasailing and banana boat rides right on the beach. Umbrellas and chairs first come first serve. The only major complaint and it is major if you have children especially young children THERE ARE NO CHILD LOCKS ON INSIDE OF DOORS. Codes have to be punched in to get in room but no way to lock door from inside. And its a lever handle so my 15 month old would just pull it down and open the door.Makes it kinda hard to get good nights sleep we had to put big chair in front of door.Other than that PERFECT.

well the descriptions and pictures of the rooms online were deceiving. only showed the larger rooms with no pics or mention of the smaller rooms. the elevators reeked of dead fish. i never saw the staff except when i checked in. and was told that if i had been a couple of minutes later that i would not have been able to check in that day as they were going home.check in was at 4 pm. i checked in at 4:40 pm.i didn't know their lobby and front desk consisted of one small office room and a one person desk. my son had a great time so i guess that's all that mattered. the room above must have had a water leak as it was evident in the ceiling of our room.the living room furniture was well used.the patio furniture was in a lot better shape.

Very nice place. Quiet, restful, convenient to a number of cool things and attractions. Beach access was a snap, and there was plenty of parking. The only thing I noticed was that there no coffee in the room, and I thought it unusual that the place had no bar or restaurant, whereas many others do. As you can see, these are hardly significant complaints. The Gulf view was phenomenal.

When we are away home for vacation,I want to find some place that I can stay as well as I stay home. Twin palm have such a good location and the room like a small house, the kitchen with enough cooking stuffs, I can cook for my family..can save money.that make me thinking of coming Back again.

The unit was in need of repair. Our toilet overflowed when we arrived. It was reported but no one responded until after lunch the next day. We were then told we had to wash and reuse our towels (which were used to clean up the toilet overflow). The hard wired smoke detector in the master bedroom was missing with wires hanging from the ceiling. The shower curtain rod in the masterbath was broken. All items were reported to the front desk by 4:30 the date of arrival but only the toilet was fixed but not until the next afternoon. The carpets were extremely dirty. Appeared to be a unit that was in repossession or the owners were not made to keep it up.
