This was a very comfortable a d relaxing experience, which is exactly what we were looking for. Also, the coast was very reasonable.

Very clean and modern. Close to I4 freeway and you can hear every car and truck pass by at night and in the morning. The rooms are very clean and modern, and had a homey feel with a kitchen, washer and dryer. The dryer did not work but they sent someone up to fix it while we were at Disney. The one problem I had with this hotel was that it was very close to the I4 expressway and you can hear every car and truck passing by while I tried to sleep. If your a heavy sleeper then I don't think it will be a problem for you.

We really liked the resort. The location on I-4 was perfect for what we were there for which was a volleyball tournament in Orlando. Very neat and clean. Quiet location. The resort was small and quaint, and had the basics. It had a pool, fitness area, and a place to eat and drink. The only problem we had was that I did not read the paperwork after checking in and check-out was not until 8 am so we missed our first match of the day as we were sitting in the parking lot waiting for the clubhouse to open for us to check-out, but that was our fault. Overall, it was just what we were looking for and we would definitely think about staying here again. Very clean, nice location with a grocery store, a few restaurants very close, and convenience stores.

The kids loved the huge pool. It was very convenient to get the Disney World with little traffic. The bed was a little hard and the sheets were low in thread count. In general, a nice place to stay to visit Disney and get away from the crowds in the evening.

Very convenient to Orlando attractions; beautiful surroundings. Our only complaint was the small, uncomfortable sofa. Very clean, convenient to all tourist destinations. We ate at the restaurant and had a wonderful meal by the pool. The hot tub was fabulous - I'm sure we could not have done five straight days of Disney without it! The only odd thing is that there is a huge dining area and a relatively small living area with not enough seating for a family of four to sit and watch a movie. Couch was uncomfortable - but we were barely in the room and not all units have the same furnishings.

Contrary to some reviews I found Tuscana ideally located away from the tourist traps on 192 and I-drive, which are but a short drive away. Grocery store, Walgreens, McDonalds and Chillis are close to the resort. Its Florida so a car is a must although the resort does have a shuttle bus. The 2 bedroom condo was clean and everything looked very new. For the price we paid it was a steal! Lots of room and all the basic amenities. The pool area was nice and the staff helpful. The restaurant staff were very friendly (the fish and chips was awesome)! We hope to be back soon!

We were there for a weekend of Disney. Resort was a little further away than I usually stay. At first glance, the "condo" seemed nice. But... seemed to be made very cheap. When we would walk across the floor, the walls would vibrate and the "art" on the walls shook. When the doors closed... same thing. You could hear the neighbors, upstairs and on the side. The TV in one of the bedrooms did not work. I asked at the front desk about changing it out and two separate times they told me they would take care of it. They never did. Still did not work when I left. The only positive I can say about this "resort" is that it has a nice pool and kiddie pool. The pool was large and heated (although the kiddie pool was not heated). The "hot tub" was not hot... just a little warmer than the pool.

Their phones were disconnected the day we arrived. When we walked in, the guy working on the phones and the person behind the desk just kept talked back and forth like we were not even in the lobby. Once she started to check us in, she paused several times to ask the phone guy questions. He did not try to interrupt us, she asked on her own. Than she tried to charge me again on a prepaid Orbits bill. Not the cleaning charges, an additional 50% of what Orbits had already charged my credit card. Once she figured out that I had prepaid and a few more phone guy questions, we went to our room... At 10:00 am the front desk called and asked if the phones were working. Guess what, some people do sleep late. Nothing like a rude awakening. The room was ok. About what I had expected for the price, not the star rating. The buildings shook each time someone closed a door. And I don't think they were slamming the doors all day long. To top it all off, a month later, they charged my credit card the cleaning charges again and the an additional 50%. When I called them, they told me I would have to get my money back from Orbits... Still waiting on a resolution to this one. This is one charge I will have my credit card company dispute if it doesn't get fixed by the end of the week.
