Nice grounds and helpful staff with a big pool however the buildings and the rooms are in need of some serious renovating. The free breakfast and the price were the deal makers for me.If you dont mind the outdatedness of the rooms it is worth it.

Nice staff and helpful with directions from the road. Very nice and comfortable setting. Very clean as well as a very attentive staff!

This was the worst experience I've had at a hotel. First, the hotel wasn't the correct name which made finding it close to impossible. I was expecting a resort type of environment due to the name but found an old unkept hotel instead. The parking lot was appalling. There was an abandoned vehicle in the back with and a transient sleeping in the parking lot area. The photos depicted were extremely misleading. I didn't use my second night due to the horrible accommodations. I would hope to be refunded for this experience.

Common areas were very impressive. The room/bathrooms were falling apart, 3 year old afraid to bathe. The common areas of this hotel were above expectations, the rooms on the other hand were very disappointing, holes in the couch, bathrooms were falling apart and my 3 year old was afraid to bathe. It is in dire need of remodeling.

There were a couple issues I had with the room, but when I spoke to the manager she corrected things and even paid for a dinner to make up for it. She was great.

Great breakfast selection at no charge. Bathroom not clean, beer cans in the hallway. Looks like they are making upgrades. Bathroom was nice but had to call and have it cleaned after check-in. Did not feel safe!

The bed and pillows. Appearance of elevator and hallway were old, dated. The hotel looks good from the outside, but once inside the elevator and hallways is old looking and needs to be updated. Elevator looked unsafe. The room also is old and needs work. My toilet was stained and needs to be replaced. Shower was dripping. But the bed and pillows were new and felt great. Free breakfast was tasty, and free internet access was nice.

We did not realize that this was the same hotel we were going to stay at over 2 years ago until we drove up to the lobby. When we were last there, the hotel was in horrible shape and the rooms were not clean. We went elsewhere. It looks like the hotel has had some recent remodelization, but, can still stand to be updated and especially cleaned more in the exterior areas, elevators, hallways, balconies, etc. Room felt fairly clean, but recommend hotel focus on freshening all else.

It is a great property it needs renovations and updates. Tired and worn out furnishings, carpet, lacking in cleanliness, elevator on the brink of falling apart greasy carpet, gross paneling it just is in bad. Do not stay here it is one of the worst hotels we've stayed in ever. Lacking in clean environment, old and worn out furnishings and gross. Someone needs to be fired!

Innsuites Hotel & Suites Tucson staff were courteous but the interior needs some improvement. The walls outside the elevator (4th floor) were paneled in gray 'carpet' must of been a great deal on carpet during the remodeling effort. The room was clean and comfortable but was amazed there was a pencil size hole in the microwave door. The long term freeway construction noise will effect your evenings. Hotel is two blocks from downtown Tucson and close to 4th avenue where the city life is alive. Overall for the price paid is what to be expected and doubt I would return for another visit.

The smell of the orange trees outside my room. The grounds were a bit untidy. Great facility, near major shopping areas, and restaurants. Enjoyed this hotel and would return in the future. Staff responsive to calls, and drinks at the bar very reasonable for a hotel bar.

This hotel has the most comfortable beds EVER. The rooms are clean and newly redone in the tower, not sure if the rest of the hotel is complete, but its nice, the pool is clean. There can be some noise from the highway but its never been a big issue if you are not on the outside, so ask for a room facing the pool. Usually the hotel staff is very very nice, this last time, the male at check in was rude, slow and unaccommodating. A young lady stepped in and helped out otherwise I would have lept over and slapped the guy in the head. Others in line felt the same way. Other than that one experience, I've stayed here about 6 times and will stay again.

Pool and location for what I went there for. Room was not maintained and had many problems. Hotel staff were great. Room was dirty and many things in the room did not work or had problems during normal operation. Pool and hot tub were great.

I had stayed at the Inn Suites in Tucson 10 years ago, and was pleased to see the improvements to the room. Reasonable and the free breakfast is a nice feature.

The staff and mgr. patiently listened to my complaints. It looked dirty right from the lobby, and had a stale smell. Customers were lined up complaining about service and cleanliness of rooms. The hotel appeared to be undergoing managerial and staffing problems. It was unclean, smelly, and uninviting to me. I had booked what I thought was a 4-star facility. I am a business traveler and expected higher standards. Due to my allergy to dust, I knew from the front door that I could not tolerate the level of cleanliness that was exhibited in this hotel. Additionally, as I stood waiting to check in, 4-5 people ahead of me were complaining that their rooms were dirty and in ill-repair: broken toilets, shower doors, unmade beds, etc. This level of service was deplorable. I did not stay there. The manager came out and talked with me and agreed to cancel my reservation. He did not give me a cancellation number.

InnSuites Tucson has a variety of rooms, some of which are unacceptable.? We were moved to a nice room after refusing to stay in the first assigned.? There were a lot of maintenance problems, like running out of water in the the first 2 mornings.? Staff were friendly with one exception.? Front desk staff need better training, could not problem solve and not knowledgeable enough about Tucson area. There were not restaurants close except for the grill in the motel, which had good service and decent food. Grounds clean and attractive. Shuttle driver went out of his way to assist us in having a good visit. Problem with meals charged to our room that were paid for at grill.

The layout - buildings, pool, and recreation area is good. Police all over the place at 8:00 A.M arresting 4 people. The room was okay - could have been cleaner. Found frozen water bottle in freezer, empty water bottle behind nightstand. Dishes in dishwasher with old caked dish detergent. Bathroom floor not swept in corners. The staff was great, pool was great - a good family place to stay.
