Cancellation Policy:
All Reservations must be cancelled 24 Hours prior to arrival dates, if not, the Hotel is going to charge 1 night in the credit card number given as guarantee method. Same penalty charge will be applied if client doesn't arrive to the Hotel without previous notice

| Great location on Gran Via very cloe to a metro stop. Hotel lobby is very shabby and gives a poor impression. Room reasonable size but no tea/coffee and internet on 1st floor only. Bathroom not cleaned properly. There is no thermostat on the shower which means a constant risk of being scalded by the very hot water. |

| Stayed in Madrid for 2 days. Very nice hotel. It was clean, close to Metro stations and the price was really good. |

| Very enjoyable stay. Central location to everything. There is a metro stop within 1 minutes walk. Lots of tapa bars for reasonably priced filling feeds. Top class hotel and a very reasonable price for the centre. |

| This was an excellent facility for a three star hotel in a capital city. Venere also offered me the best price and the facility to pay on the day of check-out. The staff were excellent and spoke English more than adequately. A very good find ! |

| Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ottima la posizione, centralissimo e vicino alla metropolitana. Mezz'ora dall'aeroporto e a pochi minuti a piedi da tutte le principali attrattive turistiche. Le camere sul retro sono abbastanza silenziose. Quelle sulla via principale (Gran Via) penso siano piuttosto rumorose. Per nostro figlio di un anno hanno provveduto a fornirci un lettino per bambini nella nostra camera (gratuitamente) |

| Alcuni dei receptionist sono molto scortesi e poco competenti. Avevo telefonato per prenotare una notte extra, e mi è stato risposto che non c'erano problemi. Invece, quando sono arrivato, la mia prenotazione non c'era, e quando mi hanno dato la camera ho pagato un prezzo di quasi trenta euro superiore. La camera era grandissima e pulita, la posizione dell'albergo ottima. |
