I found the hotel very comfortable, Staff were helpful and the food was good. All in all I thought it was good value for money.

good city break hotel .nice hotel . friendly and helpful staff . very clean and modern rooms sorted daily . pool tiny though , as is steam room and sauna , useful none the less . seems to be a mixed bag of a business hotel for suit wearing types and normal people too . situated at the top of the town next to all good shopping and 1 minute from train station . not many restaurants near it though , pity . all said i would definatly stay again without hesitation .

A warm, helpful welcome. We arrived early and left late but luggage was stored safely. The hotel was quiet and well placed for exploring Palma. The swimming pool was a bonus. We did not have breakfast, only coffee/tea and croissants.

This hotel is an ideal place to stay for Palma city centre and all amenities are within easy walking distance. You can walk to Placa de Espanya in 5 minutes to get any bus to most locations for example No 1 bus goes straight to the airport for less than 2 Euros and No 3 bus takes you to Illetes for just over 1 Euro, Illetes has a lovely sandy beach, very clean and also with a nice restaurant, not too expensive for lunch, the trip to Illetes takes around 25 minutes on the bus and is a lovely day out.The only thing the hotel could perhaps improve on is to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room but we had no other complaints about the hotel or the staff. We only had bed and breakfast but there was plenty of choice with good quality food.

We only stayed one night, however the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was OK for us, although you are about a 20 minute walk from the front/harbour.

A perfectly good base for exploring Palma. Only little things to mention - not enough hangers in the wardrobes and the table lamp did not work. We didn't eat at the hotel.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great, great shower. Spa facilities were wonderful.

The location for the hotel is shown incorrectly on the late rooms website, its actually on the other side of town. Apart from that, the hotel was perfectly adequate.

Good base for sight-seeing in Palma, hotel is central, short walk to Plaza Espana, Theatre Principal, Cathedral. Swimming pool extremely small, but very pleasant health club with steam room and sauna. Would recommend the hotel. Very modern. Although slightly 'bland' in that it's part of a chain and once could be in any chain hotel, not a particularly 'Mallorcan' or local flavour.

Thought that the rooms were small. Location of Hotel suited as we wished to be in the city centre near shopping etc. Most things we wanted were within walking distance.

Centrally located, convenient and walking distance to many locations in Palma. Breakfast was very good, did not try the restaurant. More of a business hotel. Swimming pool small, jacuzzi and sauna quite good to relax in at the end of a hot day. Take a bus from the airport for 2 Euros to the hotel rather than 16 Euros by taxi.

Central location. Not booking brealfast before makes payment at the hotel much more expensive.

This hotel is a very nice, clean, centrally located hotel close to all amenities in Palma. The rooms are very spacious and modern, and most importantly, clean. There is a minibar and the prices are quite reasonable compared to other hotels I have stayed in. The only negative I could find with this hotel was the staff. Unfortunately, following a long day travelling to Palma on returning from dinner I left my handbag in the taxi!! Most worryingly, my passport was laso in my handbag along with other items. On reporting the loss to the staff at reception and asking for their assistance , I have to say they really couldnt have cared less. AS I have only minimal spanish I asked if they could ring the taxi company and let me know what was happening. Three hours later, having walked back to the taxi rank myself and trying,in my best pidgeon spanish, to find out if there was a centralised lost property area, I was still none the wiser and hadnt heard anything from the reception staff. They could have at least informed me as to whether there was a lost property office in Palma. A couple of days later, having made contact with the consulates and embassies, I returned to Palma to find that the Police station , Consulate and Tryp Palma hotel were all within five minutes walking distance of one another, a point which the hotel staff could have made!!!! Apart from the unhelpful staff, I couldnt fault the hotel although we didnt avail of the restaurant facilities. For a one or two night stay in Palme its ideally located and well appointed
