only complaint was the very strong smell of cigarettes in the bedroom and i believe that although smoking is allowed on the balcony the housemaid shopuld have picked up the smell (it lasted for several days even though i bought air freshener)

Trype BosqueGood value for money. Staff were helpful and breakfast was very good. Only stayed 1 night but it was perfect for what we wanted. Recommended

My family short stayWe had a throughly enjoyable stay at this hotel, we found the staff very helpful and friendly, the food was of excellent quality. The only down point of our stay was that the swimming pool was not in use which was disappointing

The Hotel is situated on a busy main street and the noise that we could hear in our room at the front of the hotel disturbed our rest. Some of the noise was from traffic but the majority of it was from the Air Crews who had a smoking area directly outside of the hotel under the front facing rooms. This noise from laughter and chat went on right through the night as the air crews constantly arrived and left. The only other dissapointment was that the pool was closed, but maybe that was due to the time of year?

Breakfast was first rate.the staff were very attentive. vacated tables were cleared and cleaned quickly. The evening menus disappointing. Customer service was friendly and helpfull.Access to town easy.Taxis at taxi rank or take the No.3 city bus, frequent and cheap.. We chose this hotel so that we had easy means of getting around to see the island.

A good place for a short break, with easy access by bus to city centre. We stayed on a Saturday; although the room & bed were comfortable there was a lot of noise late into the night so it was difficult to get to sleep; our room was 925 situated at the front i.e. the same side as hotel entrance. I would use the hotel again but request a room at the back. Breakfast was very good & there is a good swimming pool.

The hotel was ideal for our three night stay in Palma, it was only 5 euros in a taxi to the center of Palma, although there were a great choice of bars and eateries within walking distance of the hotel if you wanted to stay within walking distance. Great coffee, helpful staff and a comfortable room

Chose this hotel because it has a pool and was very disapointed, very enclosed, no bar just a vending machine in the corner, not very nice at all, in desperate need of a make over!! Rooms however are very nice, clean and modern. Situated about a 20 min walk from the cathedral, a nice walk along the front.

The hotel is really close to Palma port.Really easy to walk there (15 minutes walk). It was tidy and clean, the personnel was friendly and they spoke quite good english. There is a nice central pool and the rooms are really quiet.

Good clean Hotel, with an excellent location a few minutes walk from the marina, and 15 mins walk from the old town.Good value for such a central location in Palma, where prices are high for what you get.During my stay the hotel was populated, almost entirely it seemed, by flight crews - say no more, they never stay in bad hotels do they? !

Mala atención y una cucaracha enormeEl título de mi opinión ya lo dice todo: fueron unos bordes estirados, y encima me encontré una cucaracha enorme en la ducha. Horrible.
