| I would call this more of a top end 3*** hotel, not a 4****. Location is fantastic, and the hotel is very Moorish, with this influence carried through in the furnishings. However, there was no morning pack (toothpaste, shaving kit etc) and the hotel reception had little useful information fo us. A visit to the tourist office for a map was needed because the only map they could provide me was the "Bus Turistic". Other than that, a very lovely restaurant, a gym, sauna and spa and the room was very well kept and clean. |

| A great hotel, despite the previous reviews I had seen on trip advisor!!! Location is really good, based in the middle of one of Granada's main streets. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel itself is smart, well equipped, clean and the staff could not have been more helpful. There is car parking available too. Would def go again. |

| We did not make the first night we had bookede but when we arrivede the next day there where no problems and we did not pay for the first night. Very good service. |

| Well situated for all amenities and is a pleasant, clean hotel. However, staff left a lot to be desired - not friendly or particularly helpful to those not speaking Spanish.We encountered a problem with our tarriff as the reception staff gave our confirmation booking as including breakfast which was clearly marked on the hotel invoice. We queried this on two occasions on our first day and was told by staff that although the original booking with Laterooms was room only, the price quoted was inclusive of breakfast. When we checked out, breakfast was added on to the bill and the manager stated that the hotel invoice was a standard booking form for another company and was a mistake and we should have known this as we had originally booked room only. The manager refused to accept any responsibility for this mistake or mis-information by his staff. |

| 2 pers. (middle aged) city center, close to tourist attractions vicinity to a church bell (every 15 min. form 6 am to 10 pm), quite noisy Room nice, clean Good price/quality relation Would visit again, if not for the church bell! |

| Everything has been fine a part the mistake of the information regarding the availabiliy of a private free parking of the hotel that in reality doesn't exist. They have the possibiliy only of a garage but by payment. Anyway is possible to park ten minutes by feet far away, because the hotel in the beginning of the central area. The location is good (near to the bus stop for Alhambra, the room cleaned and nice. |
