i was displeased upon arrival, about the distance from the parking garage to the lobby. Than i waited in a long line to get checked in, after getting to the desk some lady hopped in front of ME, and the clerk said nothing at all. Than they did not have my reservations. I did not even get to my room at this point and had already wished i went to another hotel. My room looked in smelled awful. I was not in my room very long however i didn't want to be either. Bathroom was dirty, staff not friendly.

Loved the chandeliers, the casino and the overall look of the hotel. Both pillowcases on the bed were dirty. I had to request front desk for additional. Bathroom had hair, and shower had leftover soap stains. It was a gorgeous hotel, but they did not do a good job cleaning the room. There was hair on the sink, there were leftover soap stains on the soap holder, and they used a bed cover instead of a bed sheet on our King size bed. I was very disappointed with what I had to pay.

Stayed at Trump on a Complimentary room and show offer; and had a wonderful time. The room very spacious. Accommadation was nice. First had a room overlooking the roof LOL. Then they moved me to the Towers, where I enjoyed the oceanview; along with the view of the Boardwalk. Really nice especially at night. Only issue I had, since its now a Non-Smoker Hotel. I was truly sadden about not having the opportunity to burn my scented candles. Tradgey, because it was a romantic get-a-way. Couldn't burn any incense. That was another issue I had.

A real dissapointment. This is an old building, which means tiny rooms. The staff is friendly with some noted exceptions. However, most are in quite incompetent. The rooms are somewhat dirty and the whole main tower of the hotel is in serious need of a remodeling or demolition. Our non-smoking room had cigarrette burns all over the carpet and must have been "non-smoking" because we didn't smoke. We encountered shorts in the electricity, the maid forgetting to leave towels, vending machines didn't work and the 24 hour restaurant was a gathering place for gang bangers after 11PM. Trump even rents kiosks in their own hotel lobby to hucksters who pull on your arm trying to sell time shares. Who does that? It points out their lack of concern for their guests. We paid an average of 250 per night for something one would expect to cost 75 if it didn't sit on the Boardwalk surrounded by casinos. We won't be back and we suggest you keep looking. Atlantic City, we are told, has several better hotels than this tired old building.

The Trump Plaza is absolutely the filthiest hotel I have ever attempted to stay in. Five minutes at the hotel and in the room prompted me to check out immediately and seek other accommodations. Their entire website should be taken down; it's totally false advertising. The room we were given was more like a closet than a room, everything was filthy and banged up, there were holes in the walls and the bathroom was disgusting. A "deluxe room", according to the staff, means simply a room with two beds and nothing more. What a sham.

Arrived early AM and was given an ocean front room immediately. Very good security - only room key holders were admitted to tower elevators. Fun casino with a variety if slots and tables for everyone - from one cent to ???. Would definitely return again.

On the boardwalk and near a beach. Had to change elevator in order to get to the East Tower with kids on strollers. The room is quite standard for a 3.5 stars hotel. There is nothing stand out for a Trump hotel. It is hard to avoid the smokers even in area where smoking is prohibited. In door garage can not fit vehicle over 6'7" tall. There is no out door self park garage.

The hotel was nice, the only down side was that parking was an additional *. I felt that should have been included especially since we stayed there. The room was nice and very clean. Travel Agency also had the cheapest price for this hotel.

This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in during our trip and it was our biggest disappointment. The room was loud (placed right above the bar) and the AC did not work when we arrived. It took 2 days for them to fix the AC and we were told, "Tough, you stayed and you pay for it." I really expected more from a Trump hotel. All the food in the hotel was overpriced. Charging for internet is just wrong, especially when you're already paying an outrageous rate for the room. Be sure to get the "Trump One" card or you'll have to pay up to * for parking. The card keeps it at * per day.

My room was better than I had expected. I have stayed at quite a few hotels in Atlantic City while I am there for work. This one was by far one of the better and less tacky rooms.

This was my worst stay in Atlantic City. Trump Plaza didn't live up to its standards.

Unfriendly staff at hotel lobby. Standard casino/hotel. The only off point was a member of the staff at the hotel lobby, who was rude to the point of not answering when I asked about checking in, and then barking ID! Credit card! when I insisted. He then became absurdly friendly when he realized we were going to ask for the manager.

In our room, we noticed someone had already been in there and was in the bed, left trash all over. The Buffet costs 17 and consists of pizza and mashed potatoes. At Max's steak house My salmon was clearly not cooked because it was RED in the middle and my waiter said it was ok. I got THE WORST FOOD POISONING of my ENTIRE life and was in the bathroom the ENTIRE night from this Salmon. I am seriously reluctant about ever returning to Atlantic City again.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the rooms are well-kept. The staff were friendly and the check-in did not take as long as expected. The room was comfortalbe but, the room was not very clean; we found hair on the carpet, bathroom, shower.

There is a lot of gold and it's a bit funny to see Donald Trump's name in large letters on all the buildings, but otherwise a great experience. My partner and I went for my 28th birthday. The location is probably the best aspect of this hotel, but I enjoyed my room and we had a nice large window view of the beach. I ordered room service breakfast and the food was mediocre. I played hands of blackjack at the casino, but didn't stay long b/c of the smoke in the air. I enjoyed the boardwalk and the beach bars and think it's a fun trip to take if you are into gambling.

Good layout for wheelchair bound traveler. 5 valet parking.

every single hotel employee i came in contact with was friendly and helpful. the outside of the windows were dirty so it was harder to enjoy the terrific view of the ocean though. hotel is good location for walking to casinos. i would definetly stay there again

Excellent location. Upgraded to ocean view room. Poor choice of restaurants. Overpriced for quality served. Buffet closed on a Friday.
