Beautiful and nice. The majority of the staff was friendly, but there was a few people who had poor customer service. However, I would definitely stay there again

Nothing bad to say. This hotel was nice, quiet and comfortable.

We stayed at the Trump Marina and weren't very impressed. I've stayed at the Hilton in Atlantic City and found the standard accomodations there to be more worthwhile. The room was ok, however the air conditioning wasn't cool enough for August. Also, the bathroom and whirlpool bathtub where too small. The restaurants and bar there was much too expensive. Also, the hotel overall, wasn't all that attractive for the price. There where paint marks on the carpet in the hallway leading to our room. Our room overlooked the pool which was a mess with towels all over for the length of our stay. It was as if noone worked in that section of the hotel.

terrible place to stay. way far from the boardwalk. jitney drivers are crazy. if a large party, you need to break up party to get to destination as bus has limited capacity. hotel bathroom smelled of urine. pool area had no towels and staff did not care. hair and debris in pool - no attendant. the shuffleboard floor is all full of ripples. tennis and basketball courts are in poor shape with these rubber floor tiles missing. terrible experience.

There was a terrible incident with an adult guest verbally attacking our son (autism). The staff handled it quickly, forcefully and appropriately, without any complaint from us. We could not have asked for more. They showed zero tolerence for this unwarranted bad behaviour. We felt safe and respected and will return again. Families with special needs should know this is a place we are welcomed. Thanx to a great staff & management team!

No snake machine to go with that coke on my floor.

This place was the absolute worst. It looks like a run-down relic from the 70's, there's no beach, the restaurants were abominable, but the biggest disappointment of all was the staff. They were the rudest, most hostile "hospitality", didn't-want-to-be-bothered people I've ever encountered. They didn't just ignore you, they were verbally antagonistic and were visibly annoyed or apathetic if they were BS'ing with a coworker and you dared ask them something. The Trump One Rewards card never racked up anything. I even went to the desk twice. I blew hundreds of dollars and didn't earn so much as a credit for the penny slots or even a free keychain. The On Demand system in the rooms kept having glitches so you'd lose whatever movie you paid to watch then spend the rest of your stay trying to get them to take it off the bill. The bathrooms were old and gross with no ventilation. But the strongest warning I want to impart? Don't eat at the overrated Harborview "Fine Dining" restaurant. The service sucked, the hostess was a snobby bit*h and the food looked and tasted like it was being served to 90 year old convalescents. The only redeeming things were the decent pool and the good maid service. AVOID it! Pay the extra for the Borgata or a rent a place in Brigantine and travel the 5 minutes to enjoy the Deck at the Marina.

Got a great deal on our room so didn't expect total luxury. The casino floor was very small and there was not much to do. When we got into our room, the decor was very nice. We overlooked the bodily fluid on the window curtains and the black hairs in the bathroom and bed. When we called the front desk to ask about the jacuzzi, we were told it was on the fifth floor, and then on the sixth floor, and then we were told they did not have a jacuzzi. Upon arriving back to the room on our second day, we found fresh blood spots in the sheets and on the pillow. The room had been "cleaned" while we were out. We immediately called the front desk and after being told a housekeeping manager would come up, someone came up to change the sheets. When we called again and asked to switch rooms, we were upgraded to a suite. The suite was very nice, but we still found a hunk of hair on one of the pillows, the inside of the fridge was dirty, and the tub was stained. Luckily there were two bathrooms in the suite. The upgrade was appreciated but the suite was still not worth the money they normally charge per night. Overall, I would not return and will gladly take my chances at the Tropicana again.

The Deck bar was a lot of fun and did well in the casino but I felt the place needed a little bit of a makeover. Especially the lobby area.

Rooms are spacious, clean and on the upper scale. However, the furniture and the hotel as a howl is kind of outdated. And this explains the why most of the hotel guests were seniors! The Trump marina hotel is a wonderful hotel/casino and you'll enjoy your stay even more if you preferred the 80's or late 90's furniture style (seniors).
Date of Stay:

If you need a cheaper place to stay in AC, this is OK, but definitely not great. It is an older building and is definitely in the realm of tacky. It does not offer nearly as many amenities of other casino hotels. If you need to save money, it is OK. If not, pay the 50 more and stay somewhere else. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were crunchy. There was a hair on the towels in the bathroom. There was also some mold growing in the shower grout.

We went to a club at Borgata, so Trump Marina was very well-placed and extremely inexpensive. The rooms were very attractive and clean, but the hotel itself is a bit dated and should be updated soon. Also, they extend check-out until 1 pm!! Which was great for us.

Very comfortable. Staff made a few errors. The room had not been cleaned correctly. There were shoes and a band aid left from the previous guest. Also the clerk mistakenly charged me for the room though I had already paid. Would go back for the right price.

Over all the room was good. a small bathroom but the bed was the best one Ive slept on yet in a room, was a little hard finding where to check in so we parked in public parking but you have to pay 5.00 a day to park but can request a transfer for the other Trump casino's. Most dissapointing was there was NO WIFI and in order to get online you had to use Dial up and have a account where they have a dial up service where you travel, Rooms had Fridge and safe. they were pretty clean. and beds was Very Comfortable !, had to carry Luggage from public parking to room without a cart cause they said we needed to get a bellboy to assist us but only when you pull to front door , Great place would stay again and price was pretty good as well , they also have room service and very helpful at check in and check out as well as security for people who have rooms only could gain access to elevators to rooms

I Love the matress(simmons beauty rest) this hotel by far has the most comfortable beds in I have ever encountered. Gaming floor needs poker room/tables. Staff are very nice best in A.C.

The woman checking us in was hard to understand. She had a very thick accent. The hotel rooms were nice, but the walls were so thin you could hear the even the slightest bit of conversation from the people next door and the people in the hallway. Also, 2 of the restaurants were closed when we were there.
Date of Stay:

Smell of smoke in the lobby; and no pool. The Trump Marina hotel is about 2 miles from the Boardwalk and offers discounted rooms.
Date of Stay:

For the price that we paid, I didn't expect much, but when we were greeted at check in I was reassured that it was going to be a quality stay. The staff was friendly and efficient and the room was better than expected. I would definitely visit again.
