The hotel was great, a little pricey. Food and beverages were $$$ but delicious. All staff were helpful, pleasant, and very hard working. Hotel is on a busy strip with tons of other hotels, lots of traffic ... but thats Miami for you. We stayed at the beach and by the pool and had a great time just relaxing. We did not rent a car, and cab services were very expensive in the area. Would definitely stay there again, maybe rent a car and plan some other activities. A great place to just kick back and relax.

I went down with my 3 kids over school vaction. The weather was wonderful. The location, views and rooms were beautiful. We all loved the pools and the pool area menu and food. The staff was fabulous and helpful to my every need. There was a winderful Italian restaurant right across the street which was outstanding in every way. We actually ate ther 3 nights!! The beach was breathtaking and the water warm and clear. We would absolutely go back!

The hotel was clean and very trendy. Everything I had hoped it would be. Service was great! Beach is one of the best I've been too, very clean. Pools were clean and I was able to get a chair right next to the pool every day. They had guys that would assist with setting up chairs and umbrellas again right next to the water. Drinks and food were brought right to you while at the beach. A little pricey ($10 per drink, plus 18% gratuity and tax) but friendly service. Fitness Center was great. We schdeduled a massage, which was wonderful. Highly recommend. The sauna, steam room and showers in the spa were also available to you after using the fitness center. They had a Coco-Mango shower in the women's locker room...it was heavenly. The room was not the nicest room I've ever stayed in especially considering the price, but was clean. They came in 2 times/day and straightened up. The conceirge desk offered anything and everything. Highly recommend scheduling a town car pick-up to and from airport. Very handy! We ate at Neomi's (fine dining in resort) the first night we got their, not good at all. Way over priced and absolutely terrible.

When we arrived the first thing the receptionist asked was whether we wanted to upgrade our Bayside View room to an Ocean View room. Getting suspicious, we asked to see both. "Bayside view" turned out to be parking lot view: no bay in sight! Receptionist said she could get us real bayside view by moving us up to the umpteenth floor, and indeed, a slim sliver of water actually was visible from levels above the 20th floor. We elected to upgrade to ocean view and to our pleasant surprise did not see that extra cost on our final bill. The lady who provided room cleaning was talkative and nice, but very sloppy: virutally every day we had to call her back to clean the glass table, replenish the body wash or refill the showercaps, but unfortunately there was no discernible learning curve. We enjoyed the pool and the beach although most of the time we were exploring the surrounding areas and towns: though not in a romantic spot, the hotel has a practical location as starting point for daytrips going south, north and west.

Great facilities, and beautiful rooms. They did not offer free wireless internet. Nice amenities - room, beach, facilities, and staff. Not a hotel for business amenities. Nice for vacation.

Had a blast! This resort is top notch from the friendly and helpful staff to the beautiful scenery. Had a short stay, but got a lot out of our mini getaway at this resort. The pool is awesome with the waterfalls and jacuzzis with a view overlooking the beach. The spa was wonderful, i.e. with it being Miami Spa Month during our stay. We were able to get an aromatherapy (50 min) massage and facial (30 min) during our stay for $99. The spa had a steam room and sauna which is important during a spa visit for myself. Also the amenities are included during your stay so you could go and use them at anytime. The steam room worked wonders for my skin after tanning. The hotel staff was great and the beach was beautiful and quiet! Our room was cleaned and straightened over twice a day. The location was perfect. Free shuttle to South Beach which is about 30 minutes away. I will probably be staying here again the next time I go to Miami! You get so much for the money. Worth every penny and more! Oh yeah, and the best part was we were upgraded to a suite with a view of the ocean and the strip (the best of both worlds)! Had an absolutely awesome time Dahling!

As a six-person troop--us, our two kids (ages 6 and 3), and my in-laws--we were not quite sure what to expect. Fortunately, everything turned out great! Everything was well-maintained and kept very clean. Poolside service was great as well (once you got a hold of someone). To our surprise, the place was very kid-friendly--there were quite a few other families there with children, and one of the pools has a very shallow area for those with limited swimming abilities. Others complained about the high prices of food, drinks, and other items, but this is to be expected of any resort of this type. Those on a tight budget or concerned about spending $10-15 on a drink probably shouldn't stay here. We found the breakfast buffet to be the best deal--$15 gets you all you can eat and drink, and the kids ate for free most of the time You will find that unless you stick with fast food, you'll be spending quite a bit nearly anywhere you go to eat in the area. There weren't many negatives from my point of view. I didn't like having to pay $10 a day for internet access--which was painfully slow at times. And oddly, the housekeeper stopped by a couple times in the evening--between 8 and 9:00 PM--to change sheets and towels. Overall it was a great experience!

We love the hotel. The beach front location was great. Our room was upgraded to a studio looking to the bay with 2 queen size beds and a small kitchen with frig and microwave. The bath room was big and very nice with a separate shower and bath. The amenities and service were impeccable. The breakfast buffet was only $15 before tip and tax (a total of $20). The parking charge was excessive at $24/day. It's comparable with parking price in NYC, but this is Miami! However, overall we had a great time and felt like we had more than money worth from the hotel. Next time, we will stay at Trump again.

I dont know how someone can write a bad review about this hotel it was perfect. Stayed with my girlfriend for five days. Arrived at ten in the morning and didnt have to wait to check in got upgraded to a one bedroom suite from a jr. Complimentary bottle of wine and cheeses was set up at the room. The views and location was great 15 minutes to south beach 25 to downtown. Food was good pricey but what do you expect on a vacation staying at a place like this. The room was huge and very clean. Balcony had a great view. Flat screen tvs were great i dont know why people complain about the quality of the tv they were just fine. The pool was open 24 hours a day and they are heated they were great. The beach was clean and the service at the beach was outstanding. Management was very helpfull if something is wrong they will fix it right away. The price was a great alot cheaper than some other five star hotels near by. Ive stayed at other high caliber hotels and this one met every one of my standards.

Completely relaxing, enjoyable getaway at Trump International in Sunny Isles. Highly recommended. No need for a car; can walk or ride shuttle to anywhere you might want to go. Great beach! Great staff who are friendly under any given circumstance ~ rain, shine, morning, night... look forward to a return visit. Loved those apples!

The hotel is beautiful and the service was super! We were allowed to check in a bit early and were even given a free upgrade without asking. The pool area (2nd floor) is very nice and security patrols the area along with hotel employees helping to move pool chairs and help you locate empty chairs. I highly recommend the pool grill, the food was great (beware of diving birds). A few very small complaints...there is NO shopping on-site, just a small gift shop - and the elevators are very very slow.

Upon our arrival we had to ask housekeeping to redust the room as the furniture had 1/2 inch of dust on it. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. On our last day housekeeping changed our sheets, but as we climbed into bed we noticed the new sheets had holes in them. The hotel exclaims the are minutes away from downtown Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, but the drive is actually 45 min one way. Sunny Isles is a very commerical town and not all that nice for a vacation spot. Very disappointed, we thought the stay was going to be wonderful with the Trump name attached...boy were we wrong.

Once again, the Trump name adorns a hugely overrated hotel. I have stayed at Ritz, Four Seasons, etc and this hotel doesn't come close. We arrived to find our room on the 27th floor unacceptable, with several mud-stained and just plain dirty areas of carpeting. We were moved to a lower level room that again was dirty by 4-5 star standards. (And I am not talking white glove test, either.) And this was Valentine's weekend! The room service was excellent, the food was just OK, and the hotel (despite being only five years old) needs upgrading. The pool area concrete is cracking, walkways dirty, etc. All the pool chaise chairs need replacing. Too saggy. And to end this review, a perfect analogy of our entire stay: I ran into a manager and when she asked how our stay had been, I related what we'd gone through upon arrival. To show her regrets, she sent up a bottle of wine...with a screw-on cap. Draw your own conclusions.
