Transportation:

From airport, you may take the bus number '99' or '23' until train station. From train station, our hotel is at 2 minutes walking. When you get off the train station, you accross the road (avenue Thiers), you take the direction on your left. At the corner of streets (avenue Thiers and rue Paganini), there is a big shop , here you turn on your right (rue Paganini) and our hotel is just in front of you (in corner of rue Paganiniand rue de Belgique.)

Room was clean, No Tea or Coffee facilities, Room was bare apart from a very low bed, table and metal chair., No window or extractor in the bathroom. There was an air con unit that we did need as it was hot.

Very basic hotel, the area seems a bit unsafe at night. It´s very close to train station.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was good. Beach towels available on request. The only complaint is the lack of parking. There was only street parking which was scarce.

I recommend this hotelOur stay was short but this hotel is great. The location: very close from the motorway exit and yet very central, with carpark everywhere around. The receptionist were very helpful and friendly, they were fast at checking us in hassle-free.The roon was small but very clean and well kept, it felt like such a great place to be in, bright, comfy and had a plasma screen.

Close to central railway station. Room was small and pokey. No fridge. No hairdryer although available from reception. Reception staff not particularly friendly.

Hotel Trocadero is a nice hotel in a good location next to the railway station. The room and breakfast are quite basic, but clean. The staff are friendly as well. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

Good location close to the Nice Ville train station - we arrived by train and also visited Monaco and Cannes so this was handy. Laundromat across the road. Nice room. 10 minute walk to the beach or city center. Breakfast OK.

This is a great location for a budget hotel. Very close to the train station, and also to the trams or walking distance to the centre and the beach.
