We stayed 2 nights and were really impressed. The price is low but we found the service excellent. For example, although the kitchen was closing, the cook was rpepared to prepare a salad for us when we arrived in later in thee evening. The barman was very obliging and 'Gabby' (please excuse spelling if wrong) was very helpful indeed.

Room was small, but pretty much what we expected for price - and all we needed! Location was fantastic! Parked car and walked everywhere -Waterfront, Te Papa, Shopping! Movies and Food! Staff at JustMotel and staff in Restaurant were so friendly and helpful - top marks to all staff. Would def. recommend.

Free continental breakfast is provided but you need to be there early because they do not refill cereals, bread, fruits etc or clear the dirty tables. We were there at 10am, breakfast finishes at 11am. Told the staff member that things had run out but he never did anything to re-stock. Apart from this, reception staff and cleaning staff were friendly.

had premier room which was larger than the others and worth few dollars extra. Service good and staff friendly, basic breakfast included. Location fantastic, and although road works outside, they start late and finish early - going back again

We battled to find accommodation for this perticular trip and Just Hotel was the only accommmodation available and we were pleasantly surprised, as their are far pricier hotels in Wellington and Just hotel, was conveniently located, within walking distance in the centre of the city, as well as the quality of the accommodation being right up there with most of the superior hotels. The accommodation was lovely. My favourite was relaxing when we arrived at 9 in the evening and we could enjoy some yummy cocktails at the bar downstairs, out on the verandah and we had cocktails again after a hard day of shopping the next evening ( two for the price of one) If you are looking for great accommodation, great price and great spot, Just Hotel should be your choice.

I liked the fact that the hotel was within walking distance of everything. However, the breakfast staff did not refill the bowls of fruit and the toast was cold. The internet was down do the staff sent me on a walking mission to some internet cafte I never found at 7.30am in the morning. However I found the information centre. The hotel did offer this service but it was down at the time. I would stay there again, the rooms were lovely, small but very stylish. the cleaning staff know their stuff. The desk staff are freindly but need a little more training on how to deal with a female needing internet access early in the morning for business and not send her on a wild goose chase by foot. The breakfast staff were short staffed due to a function so did not re-fill bowls for the breakfast buffet until asked, and then it was very slow to happen. All in all I would go there again, it has potential.

A good all-round value option for tourists or businesspeople travelling on a budget. Room was comfortable, if not large. Bathroom and amenities basic, but overall good value for money for the room rate. Don't be lured by the promise of wireless internet - it is so slow as to be almost useless for anything other than basic email.

Bathroom newly tiled,fresh and clean. Room small, no table to write on, but beds and pillows comfy, window opens, fridge, jug etc wardrobe adequate for short term stay in city. Nice comfortable bar/breakfast room, great coffee machine, cereals, fruit for breakfast. Staff friendly. Will stay again.
