Booked at last minute the 3-bed apartment. Spacious rooms. No air con though (we knew this before booking) which was a prob as 35degress outside. x2 standing fans, but did not cool the room so we had trouble sleeping with the heat - try picking a room with air-con. Hotel very central 2mins from trevi fountain, 10mins Spanish steps. Lots of good cafes, restaurants within 1mins walk. Hotel near main shopping district so handy for designer or high street shopping. Good breakfast, plenty to choose. More of a continental breakfast, no hot food. Room was 180euros night which seemed high but the hotel looked better/cleaner than other hotels near by. We paid 50 euros for the airport transfer to hotel. This is quite expensive but door-to-door and more relaxing than the bus/train. We got the terrevision bus back for 8euros each. Bus was dirty/hot/busy. staff very helpful and friendly. They email us a few times before we left and were happy to suggest places to go etc.

What a real exceptional find! The B&B is located just few steps from the Trevi fountain. When stepping outside of the building you can already hear it plash!!! It was a really high quality stay there - starting with the warm welcome on the day of our arrival to the recommendations regarding places for dinner etc The rooms are really spacious measured by Italian conditions and very stylishly furnished. The completely modern bathroom striked us most of all! The only thing missing a bit is that there's no elevator available in the building, but there aren't too many stairs and there's also only two floors in the B&B. Another fabulous thing was the restaurant directly attached to the B&B - Il Chianti. Delicious food - Tuscany style - great wine-selection and very nice waiters. It's always crowded though and you should make a reservation in advance through the B&B! We can really highly recommend to stay there - we will give it another turn as well for sure!

Trevi B&B is probably 100 feet from the fountain which made for a really easy walk late in the evening to people watch. It's tucked away in a corner behind the umbrellas on the picture - you have to look closely to find it. It was scorching hot during our entire stay; the AC was a respite from the heat and we very much appreciated it being there for us. Breakfast was abundant and very good, the breakfast lady took such good care of us and my son, who liked to sleep in. By the end of our stay she was calling him the prince. We asked early in our stay to have a taxi pick us up early on our last day to take us to the airport. We were told that our taxi would, most likely, be waiting for us 10 minutes prior to tour departure time. No taxi was there 10 minutes after our departure time and I asked for another taxi to be called. That's when we found out the our taxi had been ordered for the following day - a mistake was made. Okay, we can understand that sort of thing happens. A half hour after our departure time, a Mercedes Benz showed up to whisk us away. He delivered us to the airport for the sum of 60 Euro ($100.20). We got inside the airport to check in only to find that he had delivered us to THE WRONG AIRPORT. Sending us to the wrong airport was unacceptable. I had no idea there were two. The woman at the desk didn’t ask which one we needed to leave from. I ran to an ATM, pulled out 70 Euro and we dashed out to get into another taxi. The ride was another 45 long and stressful minutes and cost us 65 Euro ($108.55). We had less than 1.5 hours to get through customs, catch 2 shuttle busses, get our boarding pass and get on the plane (not in that order). Needless to say, our ride to the airport cost over $200 US and we had only a 5 minute wait to board. No hurry up and wait on this adventure. There is a restaurant downstairs from the B&B which is also run by the same family. The food was very, very good and the wait staff very friendly. We fo

The hotel is in a perfect location literally 20 seconds from the Trevi fountain. It is a little hard to find the entrance which is next to the entrance of the downstirs restaurant by an ice cream parlour. When you step outside you can hear the noise of the fountain and you walk round a corner and there it is in all it's glory. It is particularly nice when you come back late at night and all the crowds are gone. We out for ten minutes each evening by the fountain and it was magical. The room we stayed in is just off the reception by the breakfast room on the first floor. It consisted of a bedroom, small bathroom and a separate seating area. The decor was uninspiring but room was very clean and there spacious for two people. There is a fridge which is good for keeping your water nice and cold. The tv didn't work although we never asked reception to fix it as we didn't want to waste time watching TV! There is no step free access to rooms so I would not recommend this hotel to disabled persons. The breakfast was good by Continental standards with variety including varied rolls and breads, cakes and pastrys, fresh fruit, hot drinks and cereal as well as an ever present helpful landlady who can't speak English but just talks away at you all the same! Little tip - just round the corner is an ice cream parlour called San Crispino which had the nicest ice cream I have ever tasted. We went twice a day every day we were there!

The hotel is in a fantastic position and the staff are very friendly especially the breakfast lady. The hotel is easy to find if you remember it is next to the Chianti restaurant. We struggled to find it. Went for the weekend location perfect

If you want a spacious, modern furnished, quiet room right in the center of Rome, this is the place. It is only 1 minute walk from Trevi Fountain, 3 mins to taxi stand, 10 mins to metro station. Both Joanna and Katya are extremely helpful for providing information. The bed and mattress are new and comfortable. We were most impressed that heating was on round the clock. Breakfast was always fresh and good selection. We will go back again any time.

Great location. Lovely people in the BB and good breakfast. Not cheap at £125/night, but then again you pay for the location, literally 20 m from Trevi fountain and smack in the middle of all the major toursit sites. Better than staying in Navona.

This is a true find! The location, quality and price can't be met. The rooms were spacious and in a great location. Newly decorated, plasma on the walls and wonderful staff. I must have sent half a dozen or more emails to them before arriving and received quick and useful responses each time. We arrived late and the reception was closed, but they arranged for me to pick up the keys from the restaurant below. The only negative for some will be there is no elevator, but there aren't that many floors to go up. And let me add, go to Il Chianti. The best restaurant that I have found in Rome.

This property is in an absolutely fantastic location approx 50 steps from the Trevi Fountain. Rooms were nicly decorated and very clean with towels changed on a daily basis. Our room was smaller than expected and had minimal wardrobe/storage space. Reception very helpful. Located above very nice and recommended restaurant called "Il Chianti" Worth a visit but you will need to book a table in advance!! loads of bars and restaurants within walking distance. 5 minute walk to Spanish steps and many other attractions located nearby! There are quite a few steep steps to access all rooms, approx 25 steps in total with no lift access. Will NOT be suitable for people with limited mobility. Highly recommended for location alone and we would have no hesitations in booking this accomodation again for our next visit to this wonderful city!!

What a find! B&B Trevi Roma is a great place to stay in a great location - open the windos and you can here the water flowing in the fountain! The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. The rooms are newly renovated and very comfortable. We have already recommended this place to family and friends. Note there is no lift for less abled travellers and all the rooms are on the second floor. But for everyone else, B&B Trevi Roma should be your first choice for accommodation to experience the real Roma!
