Trevallyn House offers 4 1/2 star luxury bed and breakfast accommodation 5 minutes drive from Launceston's City Centre.
Offering an idyllic blend of comfort and convenience, standing serenly on 17 acres of Australian bush and amid colourful gardens it is a perfect place to experience the Cataract Gorge, Launceston and the Tamar Valley with their renowned wineries and restaurants.
At night cuddle up around the open fire in the Guest Lounge and enjoy the views of the Tamar River and mountains while enjoying a complimentary port and chocolates after a busy day.
All our Suites have been recently renovated and have a blend of antique and modern furniture with queen size beds, luxury linen and a spa in each suite. You accomodation includes; Queen Size Beds, En-Suites with Spas, Colour TV, Internet, Reverse cycle Heating/Air Conditioning, Refrigerator, Clock Radio & CD Player, Tea and Coffee Making Facilities, Safes, Iron & Laundry Facilities. While our 2 bedroom spa cottage offers traquility, privacy and great views.
The gourmet breakfasts which are served in the Dining Room are something special. Breakfast times are flexible and can be geared to the needs of the early riser or those who seek a more leisurely start to their day. Seasonal fresh fruits and juices, cereals are provided for the health conscious or a full cooked breakfast for those wishing to indulge. Choose from Hearty Breakfast or for something different please try our Eggs Florentine, Saffron infused Scrambled eggs with Smoked Salmon or the delicious Mediterranean breakfast.

Trevallyn House is only 5 minutes from Launceston¿s City Centre.

The easiest way to find us is:
Get onto the A7 Highway which goes to Beaconsfield, coming out of Launceston.
You will come over a bridge when you get to the 2nd set of lights (opposite Woolworths supermarket), turn left into Riverside Drive, come up around the corner and straight ahead through a brick gateway.

Cataract Gorge - Launceston¿s most striking feature is the Cataract Gorge, a piece of wilderness just a few minutes walk from the City Centre. The 12 ha park containing the boulder filled Gorge boasts more than 70 species of fauna native to the area. A Chair Lift joins cliff gardens with flowering rhododendrons and strolling peacocks. Visit this spectacular body of water surrounded by luscious green trees, fern glades and spacious lawns.

Tamar River & Tamar Valley ¿ North of the city is the Tamar Valley Wine Route, which follows both banks of the Tamar River. Discover cool-grape varieties such as Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir growing in the Vineyards and winning wide acclaim.
