Tremont House

Tremont is the name carved in the granite gatepost of this elegant residence built in the late 1800s and still retaining many original features. We have three large rooms available for the comfort of guests with a comfortable guest lounge on the same floor as the bedrooms. For the health and comfort of everyone we are a non smoking household. Guests are welcomed in our guest lounge where they can meet any time to relax chat watch TV/video or for the less fortunate catch up on some work from the office. Here you will also be able to find sample menus from the many excellent pubs and restaurants in the town. We have cards and games available for families to enjoy. Central heating and down duvets keep you warm on the cold winter nights and tall airy ceilings maintain your comfort during the summer. Start your day well with our breakfast of fresh fruit salad homemade yoghourt cereals and locally baked breads with your choice of traditional cooked fare. We have cafetiere coffee and a selection of teas and cater for vegetarians and special diets. The above is served in the comfortable surroundings of our traditional Victorian Breakfast room. We want your stay with us to be comfortable and enjoyable in order that you can be fully rested and refreshed to make the best use of your time in the beautiful county of Cornwall. Although each room has its own tea and coffee making facilities we like to welcome you in our guest lounge with tea/coffee at the end of your journey.
