Called to check on reservation the day before I was to arrive. They stated I had no reservation, and that they had no open rooms. After Orbitz called them, I then had a reservation-again. I did not appreciate having to spend 2 hours on the phone to straighten this out. The room was dark, poor lighting, and no A/C or fans in room. Would not stay there again, or recommend it to anyone.

Location. Hard bed, burnt out bulbs, broken lamp, no shelf in fridge, dead flowers. Handy to Lake Arrowhead tourist business district.

[...]Old western small hotel ,nice change from big franchises.Rooms have a back door that is nice.The furnishings are unique.You can walk to Arrowhead Village where the have a first class band stage with great bands.

It had a fireplace. It said seasonal heated pool and it was frozen. It was a pleasent!

My husband and I have traveled all over the country and this motel was one of our most disappointing experiences ever. Mainly because the rooms were dark (lighting would'nt work), the mattress was as hard as a rock, the bed creaked, and the bed pillows were also worn out and flat. The pool was dirty and our neighbor next door left his TV on until 4:00 in the morning. The motel also advertised continental breakfast, which consisted of coffee, hot chocolate and pastries that looked like they came out of a vending machine. Definitely a bad deal all the way around!!
