How not to run an hotel! My expectations were not high but even the basics were not met.Room smelled musty ( urine?) Towels could not have been thinner . The bathroom fan sounded as though an aircraft were coming in to land. And to top it off the safe required a coin !Breakfast was coffee in a polystyrene cup and cereal that had as much nutrition as the carton it was packed in... UGH

Wouldn't give keys to room I already paid for until I agreed to pay them a "resort fee". Orbitz advertizes a "total price" including all "taxes and fees" but in fine print somewhere it says that "resort fees" not included. Keep in mind that this is no resort. It is an old, cheap motel near Disney for a family on a budget. How do you compare rates on Orbitz if they don't inlude ALL FEES! Not that it is a lot of money...but it is dishonest. We go to Disney several times a year...enough that we don't want to break the bank. Won't stay at this old place again. Continental breakfast was worst I have ever seen. They should be ashamed to even advertise it. I would feed it to the ducks!!!

Price. Cleaning lady was rude. Not bad for the price. The only issue we had was the cleaning lady practically telling us we had to leave 15 minutes before checkout time.

It was an 'ok' hotel. The location is good as its close to restaurants and they provided a shuttle bus to the attractions (Disney,Universal etc), but the rooms were not comfortable...the beds are very old and after a long day, one needs just a comfortable bed to sleep...which was not the case! The staff were very accomodating, but they can't do much if the furniture, pillows, blankets etc are ancient! They said they have 'free continental breakfast', but you may be in for a shock... as all there is a gallon of milk, lukewarm coffee, a loaf of bread and some mini generic muffins...all in a small room where one can hardly get a place to stand (forget sitting) to grab a bite! they could easily improve this! as they should understand that they have to cater for so many guests and one small room is not enough...and at least add some fruits etc..

This hotel is a quick drive to Disneys maingate. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Not very clean. Beds not comfortable, carpet dirty, and bathrooms mold and not totally clean. Too far when you passed tons of hotels closer to Disney. We didn't stay second night.

The room was clean, and quite large. I thought it was fine. It's not fancy, but if you're planning on just sleeping there, it's a great price.

Leaving. They charged me an addition $2 fee upon arrival. It meets your basic needs if you expect to arrive at 10 and leave at 8

I am sorry I can not say anything nice about the hotel. The sheets were nasty and the room smells very bad. I pick up no internet connection. Do not go to this hotel at all.

Big room. Smelled bad. Near lots of restaurants. Smelled bad, like trying to cover up another smell. Again, effective for short term but not luxury.

The rooms were very spacious and clean and it was near major attractions and restaurants and shopping. The continental breakfast was same everyday muffins, toast and cereal. A little bland, so we ended up at McDonald's instead. Beds lumpy, but okay. Great for the price. The kids had plenty of room in the suite to play and not be underfoot. Only real disappointment was the breakfast, but fine if you like coffee and muffins. It was clean and centrally located. Disney was less than 10 minutes by car and there were tons of restaurants and shopping's nearby (including Wall-mart.)We'd stay there again.

Loved the location. Unorganized didn't know what room we were in. The boiler broke and they made us move rooms but didn't know which room we were in. The new room smelled a little moldy. The stay was fine. We only slept there the price was excellent.

It was located around a lot of restaurants. Some of the staff was not very friendly. Our stay was not what we had expected. We had to move rooms twice. The first move was because there was a leak and the carpet was soaked. The second move was because there were ants all over the walls behind our beds. We also returned one night to find that our keys to the room did not work anymore. Continental breakfast was disappointing, it was basically cold cereal and toast, there was tea and coffee, they ran out of tea on a few of the mornings. Two of the mornings we did have mini donuts. The free shuttle to the parks showed up about a half hour late, the paper for it said that it held about 70 people when it showed up it was a 15 passenger van, which was almost full already, one of the people in our group had to sit on the floor of the van on the way to the park. Overall it was not a good stay.

I chose this hotel for its location from Disney world. It did not live up to my expectation, particularly too small breakfast room with no refills. It is conveniently located from Disney world. Perhaps, that is what you pay for. Relatively high rate with poor facility, particularly very small breakfast room with no refills.

Good amenities for price. Continental breakfast was a waste of time. This hotel is worth what I paid for it. It's nothing special, but I got more than I expected for the price. The Fruit Loops and watered-down coffee for a continental breakfast is my only complaint.

The price was good. The air-conditioning kept on turning off and on during the night. It was a decent hotel, exactly what you get for the money, just the air-conditioning wasn't reliable, but the stay was so short there was no time to complain.

Housekeeping. Need to change bath towels, to rough. In other words it was nice, i'll be there next year.

Cindy in reservations went out of her way to make me feel welcome. Continental breakfast was not very good. Very serviceable. Good for the price. The pool was a little swanky, but the kids didn't mind. At $35/night, I'm not going to complain.
Date of Stay:
July, 2006
Price, has laundry facilities. Hidden room sure-charges, charge for 800 calls, maids steal items from refrigerator, unwillingness of staff to correct Overall bad experience. Will not return.
