This place is a joke! I booked this place thinking it was like travel lodge in Kew West Florida. Normally my family (1 boy, 1 girl, wife and myself)can find a great apartment with kitchen through them for 250.00 for a night and I am used to paying for what I get. I booked 2 rooms together, supposedly separated by a kitchen for 87.99 for the 2 rooms per night. I wondered about the price but they assured me it was a promotion. I get there after the long drive and they said it was 87.99 for one room and 60.00 for the other. I had a confirmation and they would not honor it. I then told them I am not going to let that ruin my great time with my family. The woman put me with 2 rooms together, I pay the extra and go on to our room. We get there and the room was dirty! Smokers room, smelly and the other room for the kids was 4 doors down and it was horrible as well. Please save yourself the aggravation and stay away from this dump!

Very convenient place to stay for week or a weekend vacation. Not much parking close to the rooms. I'll say the hotel is very family friendly, very economic but good room with a very organize work staff.

The hotel staff there were extremely courteous, the beds were not so comfy, but overall it was a good room for the price. We were so busy doing things we hardly spent any time in the room, it was nice that it came equipped with a microwave and a fridge. The shuttle to theme parks was also ok.

This hotel is close to WDW. We didn't have very far to go to check our girls in to start their internship at Disney World. The beds where old and saging in the middle.

Nothing. It wasn't clean. It was so bad we were afraid to shower or get romantic. Vacation ruined.

My family and I stayed for 12 days at this hotel. I was very dissappointed when we arrived at the hotel. When we got our room, the room had a terrible odor (mildew smell). The room also did not look like the brochure. It was dark and dingy. The worst part of the hotel was when I looked around, the bathroom was unclean, dirty like it was never cleaned. The floors were unclean, there were hair and molds all over the place along with some kind of human matter splattered on the walls of the bathroom and who knows what else. It was pretty disgusting!! I called the manager on it and decided to move us to another room in the hotel and it was not any better. I couldn't walk bare foot in the carpeted area of the room along with the bathroom not knowing what I was going to step on. My husband and I had to go to the local store to buy air freshner and disinfectent to help me feel at ease. We didn't move to another hotel due to having gone on vacation with another family and be separated.

the room was clean the a/c was very good the carpet needs repair our overall stay here for 3 days was very good and i would stay there again the hotel staff was very nice when asked for directions to disney it was explained very well ,next door to the hotel is the areas largest flea market check this out before buying at disney,oh yes the little lizards are shy of people they are more interested in ants out in the playground area and are interesting to watch

It was a good trip for the family. The location was simply the best. It is close to all of the best restaruants and even Dipping Dots an ice cream store.

Pool & location - centrally located. Limited shuttles to Disney parks. Hotel was fine if traveling on a limited budget and with your own pillows! Close to Disney parks, but with very limited shuttle service.

The room was good for a 2 star. It was pretty clean, except for the carpet which looked OK until you walked on it with socks. The bed was alright, but sqeaky and the pillows were absolutely flat. I had a small refrigerator and microwave which was nice, but the lighting was not very good. There were 5 lamps in the room, and I turned them all on at night and it was still kind of dark in the room. The bathroom was pretty clean, but did have a little mold. The pool and hot tub were really nice, and the location is great. Very close to everything. I didn't have any experience with the staff other than checking in and checking out, but they were very nice.

First of all, I researched many of the hotels in kissimmee, trying to find the cleanest one that was still fairly cheap. Alot of the reviews said many of these hotels were nasty and dirty and that freaked me out but I chose the travelodge for 5 nights in a standard king size bed non smoking room. When we arrived we found the room to be just fine, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean, we had a fridge and a microwave, couch , and the bathroom was big and clean. We did bring our own bed sheets just in case it was really bad, we used them but we didn't even feel that we had to, the bed was clean and comfortable. The only complaint that I would have at this place would be the service, the front desk doesn't care and by all means if you dont want to waste 4 hours of your day DO NOT TAKE THE SHUTTLE BUS TO THE THEME PARKS! The best is to rent a car. Overall we were very happy with the hotel, we felt we got more than we paid for.

My family and I were sent to a dirty room. An employee came and took us to room #2 which had mold and finally room #3 seemed to be fine until we opened the sofa bed and found used/dirty linens with a wet towel. We called front desk requesting the sofa bed be refreshed and left for dinner. Returned two hrs later with no results, finally someone came by and handed some sheets and walked away. We had to call once again for the situation to be rectified. Overall, it is a good location, but the hotel is rundown. Most of everything in the room needs updating. Continental breakfast is served in a tiny, dirty room that can only accommodate 5 people at a time and was not well stocked. Not worth the coffee... After the bad start- the rest of the stay was OK.

The kitchenette was stocked with dishes. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The hotel is conveniently located to everything Orlando. ok it was a great place and i would stay there again but one thing i would never use my credit card again so if you have an h&r block card dont use it pay with cash were can i start we checked in they tried my card and only got55.00 then she tried it again then she said it would not go through so i had to pay cash we got in our room i called h&r block and it said that i only had so much left were i had alot of money on there well what happen is she ran my card through 5 times and it took 3 amounts off one of 55.00 another of 475.43 and another of 475.53 they wanted them to fax over a paper to release that money back onto my card and the wouldnt didnt want to do anything but so on it is a rally nice place to stay and i will stay again but rember to bring extra cash so you dont have to go through what we did i would tell more but running out of room
