The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the pool/relaxation area pleasant.

Ideal base for walking into central Darwin, close to restaurants and facilities. Good pools and restaurant inside hotel, athough restaurant slightly more pricey than others around. A good choice

We found the location ideal the staff where always close by to help and answer any questions we had. The setting down by the pools was great, a nice place for a quiet drink after a long day doing the tourist thing in and around Darwin. We would recomend this place to anyone it is only a few minutes from a great selection of food outlets and the main shopping areas. Very quiet place close to the CBD..

The best poolside experience in Darwin. Toddler pool, two spas, and two pools to play in, as well as a poolside bar with frozen cocktail slushies ... what more could you ask for ?

This is a fine resort in a CBD area. However, it does not have an airconditioned bar area and check-in is chaotic. Our observation is that there appears too few staff on room prep which delays access for guest to their rooms.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tavel lodge Mirambeena Resort and found it very convenient, and good value for money.

This hotel is large but we didn't feel overwhelmed. Lovely pool and good facilities. Very good value for money.

Pool was refreshing and clean. Rooms were spotless. Breakfast was great with lots of variety.

The service was excellent, and the lodge takes other things in consideration, with the fact that some people don't want to spend another night but yet have to book out, and they offer the vacilities to be able to keep you bags at the lodge while one is able to enjoy the city and be able to go to the lodge later and enjoy a drink at the bar later, before departing.

Wow, our room looked exactly like the one advertised on the website. This has never happened before. It was great, super comfortable beds, new furniture and fresh soft furnishings, helpful staff. I highly recommend it and would definitely go back.

We stayed in two rooms: standard hotel room which was very nice, and budget motel rooms which didn't have a window, had dated bathrooms and decor and was quite small. The hotel seems to have a problem with the sewage system, because the bathrooms smell although the toilets are very clean themselves. Pool and pool area is great, and location very central.

My first visit to darwin, I can say, the location was perfect, central to every thing I wanted, if you are happy to stay around the pool, then also very relaxing place, I found my holiday 9 nights was most enjoyable & if returning , would stay here again

The grounds were like an oasis in the city. The buffet breakfast was very good quality & value for money. Have recommended it to friends.

I was very happy with the size of our room, I was expecting a box type room. It was heaven to come "home" to our room after exploring Darwin. All of the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, although I feel that their shifts did not allow for breaks to be had, owing to influx of guests coming and going. this really put them to the test, however, non lost their cool! Please look after your staff, as they project the response that the Hotel is aiming for!

We had some initial room difficulties, had requested a twin and was given a double. This was a little irritating to have to deal with given it was 1am. The airconditioner did not work, but was dealt with quickly once maintainence were notified. Nice hotel, lovely pool area, great location. Staff were a bit 'Okka' for my liking.
