The hotel was ok for one night, but won't stay there again.

Staff was exceptional friendly and professional and very helpful. Maybe one more PC in the front lobby to use. We arrived at a stormy and rainy and about to have a possible tornado evening. But the courteous and friendly Front Desk Agent was a good send and made us feel secure and relaxed at once. Also the friendly young man (didn't get his name) was very helpful in retrieving a fax for me that I needed. Overall the Staff makes is worthwhile to stay here and the closeness to the Airport with free Shuttle Service is awesome. Room was clean and comfortable, had a fridge and Microwave - just perfect. Complimentary breakfast was good and had a good selection. I liked the pool area, nice and clean, well kept. Unfortunately due to the weather wasn't able to use it. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was close to Orlando international airport and provided comp. travel to and from the airport. Also provided a good continental breakfast.

The staff was AMAZING! They really helped us figure things out. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud.

Food delivery to the room. The appearance. The over all appearance of this hotel was not very attractive. It looked more like a motel than hotel. The lock on our room door was missing.

Friendly staff. Doors face out. OK hotel at best. Nice staff. Just old and doors face out. Mattress was not good.

The suite was fairly comfortable. The power went out. The first room we checked into the stuffing was falling out of the chair and it looked rather dingy.

The spa was not working - we waited for 45 minutes and no one ever came to fix it. The staff at the desk was on her cell phone with personal calls and we had to wait for her to help us. She kept promising that the spa would get fixed, but no one ever showed up.

They offer airport shuttle pick up and drop off for free. Breakfast started at a later time frame for those of us that are there for business. Love the fact that they offer airport pickup and drop off for free except they don't start until 8:00am. They should start their shuttle service from 6:00am. It would be more useful. The breakfast time should start earlier around 5:30am or 6:00am.

Old and shabby and depressing. This was probably a very nice hotel in 1960. It is not a nice hotel now. Old rooms, old appliances, shabby furnishings. Inconvenient dining.

The room was very cleaned and comfortable. Was visiting the area in search of employment opportunities and will be visiting the area again in the near future. I definitely would stay there again

Nice pool. No hot water, old and worn looking. No hot water at the shower, skimpy on towels, 2 bath towels, 1 wash cloth 1 hand towel, worn out old rooms need updated, air conditioner was so noisey it woke us up several times during the night.

It was clean & quiet, and the spa was very nice. N/A My husband and I with our 4 kids traveled to Orlando because his kids had to fly back home. This motel met all our expectations and then some. It was only 3 miles from the airport & within 10 miles of most of the attractions and entertainment. It was very clean and the pool and hot tub were ready and working {which was a plus since in Florida you never know what the weather is going to be like, and we were there on New Years Eve and the kids were in both}. The price was very affordable. We had a great time. We will definitely be back..
