Close to the places that we wanted to go. Roaches were everywhere, the room stinked and dirty as usual. The night staff was very friendly, helpful but the roaches were everywhere, they're big and scary!

Our stay at the Travelodge Hotel was kind of shaky. The bathroom was extremely small and would not accomodate two people at the same time. The entire hotel needed to be updated. The carpet was old and the beds were small and uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was below average at most. It had coffee, wattered-down juice, white bread, donughts, and two kinds of cereal. You could say that it was a very sad breakfast. The elevator was scary and very slow. The pillows were flat and the staff was only able to scrape together two more. This is a good example of you get what you pay for. I do not recommend this hotel.

It was very convenient and very close to the place that we need to go. The bathroom is not very clean and the water is a little slow.

This was a great hotel for the money. Close to the visitor's center and downtown, it was a basic two bed room with a refridgerator and microwave. It was quite rainy so we had to spend more time in the room, and it was comfortable to do so! The staff was friendly and courteous, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable bed, great atmosphere, great distance from attractions. The breakfast wasok not outstanding.

Very Friendly staff! When my husband accidentally locked the keys in the truck they went out of their way to help us get the truck unlocked. The room was neat and clean. Hot coffee and OJ every morning. There wasn't a large variety of cereal (2 kinds) and only 1 type of donut, glazed was offered. No fruit. Room was neat and clean with plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. Beds were very firm and clean.

Close proximity to attraction. Tiny hard beds, thin sheets, poor breakfast, dirty exterior. We wanted a hotel for overnight after we had visited an amusement park. This was close but the beds were hard and tiny (I have four children) and the exterior was filthy. The free breakfast was doughnuts and cereal.

What seemed to be a safety issue was there was only one outlet for coffee maker, hair dryer, microwave, and Fridge. Had to keep switching plugs to use different appliances. Pillows were ripped and stuffing coming out. Toilet wobbled. Hole in wall behind toilet. Continental Breakfast was a laugh- Room too small, no room to sit. Only cereal or one kind of donuts to eat, and coffee or juice. Again, they were not very generous with it. Pool was far from hotel and small, water was cloudy. Front desk was not very friendly, or helpfull. Did not offer any information or directions about the area. Were very dissapointed with our whole stay. Would not stay again, or recommend.

No lights worked and the manager was a disgusting person. It was awful and I advise anyone not to stay there.

This inn was very clean and comfortable. The management was very helpful in helping us find vegan options at restaurants to eat at, since we are vegan. It wasn't far from Busch Gardens, which was great since in the middle of the day we needed a break from all the walking and heat. I would stay here again.

Good economical accommodations with added amenities. Decor was somewhat drab. For the price, this hotel is very good basic accommodation for a family looking for economical travel.

This was a great stay for us! We came down to go to Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, and Water Country USA and the hotel was right in the middle of everything! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was kept very clean throughout our entire stay. I would definitely come back here!!

Good value for the price. Dirty elevator and bad mattresses. Met our expectations.

Our room was on the 3rd floor and we were the only ones up there. Obviously they were in the middle of remodeling some of the rooms because there was trash everywhere. Our room was dark and depressing, and outdated. The king sized bed was as hard as a brick. They came in each day to make the bed and give clean towels but didn't clean the room as we had the same ring around the toilet bowl for 4 days. Staff was friendly but I wouldn't stay there again. Guess you get what you pay for.

Location near Colonial Williamsburg. The pool was also full of bugs, so plan on cooling off at the nearby water park. And don't think about enjoying your shower, our water kept pulsating from cold to hot all by itself. But in their defense, they're renovating so maybe it will be better for you.

Everything is dark and gloomy. My children actually called it scary! Invest in some decent light fixtures especially in the bathrooms. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work which meant our room was nice and steamy after showers so, turn on the AC unit and apparently this model is ancient and the temp control didn't work right. I was up every 2 hrs or so either turning the Ac on or off depending on whether the room got too cold or stuffy. That's okay though cuz the mattress was rock hard and I probably needed to get up that often to prevent back injury. The pool was an oversized hot tub-don't call it a pool. Yes this place is cheap but I would rather pay a little extra for good sleeping conditions (and no nightmares for the kids).

The hotel had a nice vanity area, and its close proximity to many attractions was great. The hotel needs to make some additional upgrades. The curtains were old and tattered, and wires were exposed on a ceiling junction box. However, it was clean and had an overall pleasing appearance. The curb appeal, landscaping was excellent. Its location was very convenient for other venues. We enjoyed our stay.

"For the rate, you get what you pay for. It stated that there was coffee in every room - only if you went down to the front desk and asked for it. The free continental breakfast that the ad stated - it did not exist! Expect to go somewhere else - ( get a map at the visitor's center) If you only want to sleep in this hotel and expect nothing else - You've found the right spot! For $*a night - it was a deal! p.s. Bring your own soap! One miniature bar of soap was supplied during a four day visit for two adults and two children."

We did not like anything, it was a roach motel. The room was dirty, unsafe, unfriendly manager! When we arrived and we were put in a back building with no outdoor lighting. Luckily, it was day time. The rooms were dirty with ice cream smeared all over the fridge and dressers. We had 2 rooms both were dirty and smelled awful! We immediately left.

"We are on a tight budget and this place filled the bill. The bedding was clean, abundant towels, which were scratchy, but ""exfoliating"". Saw no bugs at all! Nice privacy door in vanity area. Did not spend much time there, just to sleep, so we had no problems at all. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again."
