We were charged about $15 over the posted rate for the room. I protested and the owner lied, saying that the NY state posted rate was "starting at", and I showed him it was not. The room was very small and there was no rack to keep luggage off the floor. The bed was not comfortable, with a mattress that groaned and squeaked as if it was in pain. It was not even worth the posted rate of $70, I've stayed in better motels for $50/night.I will never stay at this dump again.

I booked this hotel through the website directly, I had a confirmation number with the rate listed that I was suppose to pay. Upon arrival the manager Hemant Panwala tried four times to get me to sign a check-in slip for a higher amount, each time I showed him my paperwork that had my confirmed amount and he would make a grunting sound as if to show his annoyance and would try again. Finally I said I was not paying any amount higher than what my confirmation showed and if he did not want to give me that amount he could cancel the reservation and we would go somewhere else. After finally giving us the correct amount, we were checked into a room that we could not get the keys to work, we tried and tried, after a few minutes we asked the manager if he could help, instead of believing us he had to try himself, and when he could not get them to work he made new keys. Once we finally got in the room we had no water pressure (like standing in the shower for 20 minutes to be able to get your hair wet). We told him this when we were leaving for dinner. When we returned from dinner the keys would not work again, we asked at the front desk (a different person this time) if we could get a different room. Once we were in the new room things were better but overall this was a crappy motel. There were no guest services; the continental breakfast consisted of bags of bagels, some cereal and some crappy coffee... I thought booking through a hotel chain was a good idea but not if it is run by an outside organization (Jai Ambe Hotel, LLC)

We checked in for three days, after two, someone at the front desk checked us out and brought people in the room on the third night. They then wanted me to prove that I had not checked out and it was not very nice. The rooms are adequate if you are alone. The beds need to be replaced, they have springs that are broken and it is very uncomfortable. The bathroom had mold above the shower enclosure and the paint was peeling in the bathrooms. It was the only hotel avaliable when we booked and I can see why after staying there.

Close to shopping strip. Located a few metres away from the road, very noisy. Amenities were terrible. Condition of hotel very poor. The hotel was a stone's throw from an overpass, it was therefore very loud. The condition of the room was poor. The staff was very unprofessional. A staff in training lacked any professionalism and the senior staff was too casual, calling all guests honey's. Finally, the price of the room was outrageous given the condition of the hotel.

The location was right on the strip, close to everything. It smelled bad, dirty carpeting in halls, and in room, hotel is old and in need of a makeover. Do not stay here, there are plenty of other nicer, cleaner places to stay.

I liked the one lady at the desk. Our door didn't shut right it was way too much money for what we spent the hall and the staircase scared my kids they did not want to walk up the steps. I would never got back. We did not get a nice stay with the money we spent which really upsets me. My husband was very upset that we had to stay there, he said we just should go home. I wish I didn't stay there and spent the money.

Staff was not at all freindly, lobby smelled, and was dirty, room seemed clean but was very small. Would not recommend this motel to anyone.

The room was comfortable and clean. the continental breakfast was a bit sparse. For the price I paid, the room was appropriately appointed, climate control unit worked well, and the bathroom was clean and functional. The location is an excellent value when visiting Watertown.

Romo was relatively clean, fridge in room was good and not too far to shopping, restaurants, etc Pillows & towels were awful, part of ceiling in lobby was falling down when we arrived?

It wouldn't be fair to comment too much, as we checked in at almost 10pm and checked out at 8:30am. Lobby and hotel smelled of smoke. There were no large towels for showering.
