It was fine for our needs ,we only stayed in Australia for 2 nights on route back to UK, from New Zealand, was in about the right place and we did walk a few km's! Plenty of room for 3 adults and we had no real problems, although it might have been nice if there was a place to get food late at night, and an ice machine on every floor would have been nice, instead we had to take the lift up 2 floors to get ice, we had a 7th room and the view was very good, would stay here again if need be, although possibly might get a more up market place because next stay in Australia will be longer. Overall a good place.

This hotel exceeded my expectations - friendly and helpful staff at Reception - quiet, clean tidy room with fridge and microwave. Very handy to the main shopping area in central Sydney - what more could you ask for!! Will gladly stay there again and will recommend to friends.

This is the second time I've stayed in the Travelodge. It's located in an ideal position & very quiet. The only downsides were, firstley the bed was on large castors & if when in bed you leant against the bedhead to read, you rolled across the room. Secondly the breakfast is very poor & definitely not worth seventeen dollars. I would stay in this hotel again.

This was an excellent motel, very quiet location, close to town, shops and transport. Excellent friendly staff, would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel, very obliging reception checking us in after midnight. Room was tight but very clean and tidy. Reception advised that we did not need to book on the shuttle bus to the Airport, which was wrong. We had to sit on the floor of the shuttle bus as it was full Breakfast was good, not a Novotel breakfast, but sufficient to get your day started and at a reasonable rate of $17.00 per head.

Rooms are small. Double bed only. Has Microwave in room, but not much else. However, good enough and clean enough. No toothbrush, etc etc... so its really quite a basic 3 star hotel.

The Reception staff as well as housekeeping staff were without exception, very friendly and assisted us with booking the Airporter Shuttle, and also organised our seat allocation on line for us. As the shuttle bus was running late, this was a great time saver when we checked in at the airport.

Location great for central city shopping, restaurants etc. Rooms very average, dated and tired looking. The ugliest check in counter have ever encountered - resembled an outlet of Australia Post, no warmth nor personality, very beige. Would I stay again : probably not.
