Staff were friendly, checking in was quick and easy. Room was nice, a bit small, but very clean with good facilities. Would have like a small balcony or windows that opened though. Location was good being quite close to the heart of Melbourne.

Very good stay but i would like to see their breakfast a lot warmer. We even came down at 7:30 (open at 7am) one morning to get a hot meal but it too was by far from hot. Perhaps have a microwave for those who want to heat up their breakfast.

I was very pleased with the size of the room and the fact that a kitchenette with microwave was included - made it easier to keep eating costs to a reasonable level. Most convenient location - handy to the city and Southbank area. I would certainly stay again.

Breakfast was not very good, would give it a miss. Not enough lifts, had to let 4 go by before there was room for myself and suitcase. Queu for checkout was disasterous, and you couldn't just leave your key even if you had already paid in full

We found the Travelodge very good value for money. It had all the basic facilities we needed and is in such an excellent location.

Clean, quick and easy for the great position just 200metres from Crown casino at a very cheap price. However, be prepared if you have a car to pay from $70 and up for overnight parking at seperate facility, better off getting a room at Crown for a few extra dollars and vallet parking for just $25...

Good location close to Casino,conference centre and 2 mins walk to river. Big room with comfortable bed. Initially we were given a room which stank of smoke, but after we complained they changed it with no fuss. Good buffet breakfast but fairly basic.

The location/price combination is brilliant especially if you get the breakfast & midday checkout deal. Great to be able to heat up food in the microwave but curious no wine glasses in cupboard. Pity no opening windows. Be careful about the parking under the Langham Hotel. By getting the ticket endorsed by the Travelodge you get it for $12 a day, which is good - we timed our collection to 48 hours after we checked in but got charged an extra $12 - apparently the parking period is for 12 noon - 12 noon. Did not keep the Travelodge parking info but don't believe they mentioned this.

Close to everything needed in Melbourne. Car parking close and reasonable cost. VERY QUIET and dark curtains, slept through until 9.15am. Just what we needed.

Great Location. Value with free breakfast offer we used. Easy car access if you use Casino Carpark. All round good-clean-quite yet close to everything.
