Staff were great and helpful. The bathroom could be bigger, kinda hard to move in. Other than that great! A bigger breakfast restaurant would have been nice, few in there in morning, so did not get to eat.

It was friendly, neat and tidy. Nothing. It is in the right place were people could see it off the main road. I would recommend it to my family and friends. It was a wonderful and well kept place to stay in.

When my family and I attempted to check in one hour earlier, the front desk staff was quite rude about the whole thing. I explained I had my family with me, needed to get them checked in so I could attend a meeting. This fell on deaf ears. When I commented that I should possibly check the availability of another Hotel, she snapped "Travelocity pre-paid...you WON'T get your money back!" I asked if she could find out when the room would be ready, at which point she answered within the hour. I then had to ask her to contact housekeeping to confirm a time, it was at that point she was informed the room was indeed avaialble. Her unfriendliness continued; I later found out there were several things about the available amenities, breakfast, etc she did not bother to inform me about. The room itself was disappointingly small, and quite crowded feeling. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, and seemed to have trouble staying on the built in frame. The swimming pool was terrible cold, the security lock was broken giving access to anyone. I believe by the time we checked out the next morning we had seen a total of 3 staff; security? Breakfast was toast, bagel, juice, milk - basics. There was no staff there to even say "Good Morning". There was no social acknowledgement from any staff members. It was like we weren't even there. We will never be there again!

It is lower cost option. The hotel like so many Travel lodges is not very comfortable. I did not find the hotel to overly comfortable. In addition I could have rented the room for the same price by just walking in off the street on my own.

Going through wired reservations was an absolute nightmare. I got charged for otehr peoples rooms they had all the names wrong and still charged a service fee several times over. Would not recommend this hotel for any sports teams!!!!

Well, the exterior leaves much to be desired, but the interior of our room (kitchenette) was actually 2 rooms with the middle wall remodelled into a huge archway! It was actually quite nicely decorated and the furniture looked quite new! Couch, easy chair, dining table with 3 chairs, computer desk, dresser drawers, TV stand with storage underneath, night stand, fridge, stove, microwave, etc! FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET Free continental breakfast was great! Muffins, cereal, milk, juice, etc! POOL
