Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was spotless. I could not believe that the allowed us to rent a room in such disrepair however...There was a hole where it looked like someone had punched the bathroom door...The bathroom door would not open and shut unless you lifted the seat to the toilet!!!! By the time I realized we were settled so I didn't ask to switch I am sure they would have accomodated if they had room...when we took showers the water would go hot and cold from toilets flushing in other rooms it seemed I was shocked by hot water while i was in the shower a couple of times. Motel needs updating but staff is wonderful and rooms are clean and bed was comfortable.

The front desk manager was abrupt and not very helpful. The room was clean- but the lock was faulty and the extra bar across the door was broken. No hook on the bathroom door to hang wet towels.

Thru the travel website i prepaid and had resevation till monday afternoon. The manager is blind, sunday afternoon around 4PM , the female mgr came out saying that she is hardlocking the door as i overstayed and asked me to pay so that i can take my stuff out.. I am startled and didn't know what to do..I said i have my stuff there she said i need to pay 40 to get my stuff.. Common lady i paid already for 5 days and i do have the reservation Unfortunately i could not show them the reservation as i didnot take the printout and she and her husband both went and switched off the internet so that i cannot access internet it was so embarrassing i paid , took my stuff out I later called up priceline abt it and they say i have to wait till 8:00AM in the morning to make the complaint.. Disgusting.. Whats wrong folks.. I prepay..non refundable to stay at a shitty pathetic motel , have reservation till monday and the previous day sunday.. I am made to check out go through all this becos the mgr is blind and can't see the reservations...

I will be contacting your customer service department to never recommend this hotel again. I booked this for my boyfriend to await his flight to Baltimore. He is a very easy going person, not one to complain. I arrived there Tuesday evening to spend the night. It was the worst night in a hotel ever. The light above the sink flickered like a horror show, so we did not use it. We used the light on the desk which was broken and hanging sideways. There was an obnoxious smell in the room, and this was a smoking room so he was not expecting prime but this smelled like mildew. The tub was filthy and never once cleaned. It was dirty on the bottom and i did not want to even shower in it. The bed was really bad. There is one bare thread sheet on the bed and it does not even fit, it comes off as you are sleeping so you actually end up sleeping on the mattress. My face was so sore from rubbing on the old mattress. We complained to the front desk about the housekeeping and also the sheets, we were told that there was nothing they could do, they had no fitted sheets so the top sheet just slides off the bed and you always end up directly on that scratchy dirty mattress. Now my boyfriend was awaiting a call at the hotel from his new employers in Maryland so we stuck it out another night. I ended up brining my own pillows and a sheet to put on the bed. The room was cleaned but the tub was still filthy. We had the air on constantly because of the smell of the room but my boyfriend got sick, really sick and has a cough that will not leave. One other thing. There was grafitti on his door that was spray painted, this should have been a sign for us to run, also in the drawers someone had written racial slurs. It really was a nightmare. This morning i checked him into the La Quinta, thank god. This was the worst worst hotel i have ever been in. I will never go back.

The restaurant across the street was very nice with good food. The hotel staff was difficult to understand and the lobby had an unusual and unpleasant smell.

Upon check-in, the room was smelly and stinky and atmosphere was not pleasant.. The pictures on the website misleads you in believing the rooms are the same. (So what you see is not what you get, at thiis hotel). You better off paying a few more bucks for a better place to stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone......

its a place to land but not to return. not the kind of place i would return to. the internet claims it to be alot nicer then what it is this place is for business men who dont care. not for a sigle person traveling alone the management is nice only when they want to be.

Liked that there were buns, coffee, and juice in the morning and wifi in the room. Alittle difficult to understand the staff who all seemed to be middle eastern. The room was nice. Good location, close to restaurants and stores. Pleasant staff, adequate brunch. Loved that I could use my laptop in my room.

with a reservation (PAID) we tried to check - in just to drop some luggage@ 9am and were told we would have to wait until 3pm. "they had no rooms" and the maid wasn't in yet. So we played hard in the snow and @9pm the maid obviously still had not shown up. Fithy carpet (think of after a college beer party/ski weekend black) wads of cobwebs on the curtain valance and patches of peeling paint/plaster in the bath. It was creepy. Next time I'll spend a few more bux.

The Travelodge Sacramento/ Rancho Cordova was a bad experience. The Hotel was in a bad part of town. The property was very dirty and unkept. We were very uncomfortable and extremely dissatisfied with the hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I didn't like anything at this hotel. The lobby smelled really bad. The hotel manager gave me another room. The second room that I stayed at smelled like dust and it had another pungent smell to it. The walls were dirty and so was the bath tub. I would have made my own coffee in the room, but the coffee maker was dirty too. Also, the pool was the size of the kiddy's pool and it was closed.

Need lot of improvement. Plenty of bed bugs. Our stay was not comfortable. My wife had bed bugs bites and had to be treated for scabies. The room we stayed initially had lots of bed bugs. Initially the hotel staff was uncooperative, but after showing the bugs evidence they changed us to a different room.
