It is an older Travelodge. The rooms smell old, but if you open the windows it was fine. It is not in the best part of town. Our Utah friends thought it was in a not so good neighborhood, but we did not have any problems. The staff were friendly and helpful. beds were comfortable, and bathroom was clean.

Nothing. Everything we paid for 2 bed got 1, dirty, noisy, out of the way. I would not recommend this hotel to no one. It was dirty, noisy, out of the way, they gave me a 1 bed room when I asked for a 2. There was no shampoo, parking was bad. It is not a 2 star hotel. I paid 20 dollars less for a 100% better room in Nelli's Nevada.

This is not a fancy hotel, but the price was great and it is located close to BYU. Several restaurants are within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

Great restuarants within walking distance.

Friendly people. Very little hot water, poor bed, forgot to stock toilet paper. Staff was very friendly. It was not very comfortable. There was never enough hot water and the bed springs squeaked horribly. We did have a big, quiet room, but because we were tucked in the back, we could not get on the WIFI.

The hotel was OK. However, the shower water never got better than lukewarm and needed serious cleaning and maintanance. The features stated that wireless was available but I never found it. I did not bother to ask the desk since my schedule was pretty tight.

In comparison to other hotels I've stayed at, I felt this one was a decent quality and was very fairly priced. The rooms were clean, and most importantly the kids enjoyed the pool. It is also a good location down town if you are staying in Provo.

Had 3 queen beds. Water pressure was very bad, sink coming away from wall, very poor lighting. For the most part it was ok; location was fine for what we needed. Very poor lighting in room, not enough outlets. Room was very large and spacious. For the price it was fine.

Booked this because I was traveling alone and was looking for a cheap place to sleep (instead of my son's sofa). Shortly after check-in, I discovered there were no towels or washcloths in my room. (The desk sent some right up.) My room (#214) reflected the age of the property. Leaky toilet tank meant a noisy refill every 10-15 minutes. The flourescent bulb in the bathroom flickered and didn't always fully light. The mattress was too hard for me - halfway thru the night I was feeling the pressure points and didn't sleep real well after that. The blanket had numerous holes in it. And, there was considerable noise from other guests' slamming doors. For**night, I wasn't expecting much - but, they could definitely make some improvements. Glad my wife wasn't with me.

This facility met my expectations, especially since I was choosing my motel based on price alone. It was clean. My wake-up call did not come at the correct time. Actually, one did, followed by another 40 minutes later!

Price. Exterior rooms. Super noisy location, small rooms, staff wasnot very willing to help, tiny continental breakfast space with no seating and very few options, no extra blankets or pillows, horrible workout room.

The Travelodge in Provo was perfect. It was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. The bed was a bit firm for my taste but the pillows were THE most comfortable I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. The free breakfast in the morning was delightful and the location to the downtown was unbeatable. I will continue to book my visits to Provo at this Travelodge!

We checked out a day early. We had prepaid and couldn't get the money back. The beds were terrible. We aren't even posh people!

Comfortable and quiet. Not enough parking room. Good.

King bed was very comfortable, enjoyed the built in shower vice tub with curtain. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room appeared to be recently painted and all fixed facilities were in good shape. Fairly good sound insulation from adjoining rooms, etc. As is mostly the case, door closings are generally always loud in hotels. The TV, remote and all channels worked fine and reception was clear. Wireless internet worked fine, no problems connecting nor using. Nothing luxurious in this accommodation...no major complaints. I would gladly stay at this facility again.

On my first visit, was not told about the continental breakfast and room was back in a dark corner so it was kinda scary at night. On my second visit, was awake all night because I could hear the conversations of the people in the next room like they were in my room. The continental breakfast area was so small that 2 people could barely fit in there and the breakfast was one of the worst ones I have seen. When I went to the bathroon, the carpet was kinda raggedy near the threshold and I stepped on a small nail that was suppose to be holding the carpet down.

It was dirty and had things left in the room from the last visitor. The hotel was roomy but the hide a bed in the love seat was terrible.

Check in was easy. The office and front parking lot looked well maintained. The rear parking lot left much to be desired. The room was clean and adequate. The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient to gas and food.

Internet connection came in and out and was very slow.

Three double or queen beds was a plus. Bathrooms are in a deferred maintenance mode. Friendly staff.
