We came in with my children and they were extremely loud. We got kind of upset, however the front desk lady gave my children candy. This motel was very friendly. The staff was extremely nice with me. The pictures on the web site are very old. I think they renovated this motel. It looks much nicer. I recommend this hotel to all types of people.

the floor in the room is sticky, and the staff is not friendly. won't stay there again.

November, 2008
The beds were comfortable. Upon check in the hostess left the lobby to go outside to talk to an old friend in a car rather then check me in first.

This hotel is FILTHY, gross...there was SOMETHING in the tub, we never figured out exactly what it was. The room smelled horrible! When we walked in we both looked at each other and said, "cat box?". The carpet was trashed, noisy heater unit, noisy neighbors, scary neighborhood. Avoid this place!

The washroom smelled of urine; the sink had dirty soap bubbles dried all around the countertop; the room had not been vacuumed. As well, my daughter forgot her pillow and ipod in the room. I telephoned for many weeks only to be told in the end that they are not responsible for any item left in the room. Not a very secure hotel!!! Not very guest friendly!!!!!

Travelodge has everything you need. Unless you plan on traveling just to stay in the hotel then this place is not for you. It had a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, a television, a.c., microwave, a refrigerator, and free wireless internet access. That is more than I need and want. The staff was friendly and courteous. There are lots of fast-food dining options as well as restaurants around and a Bank of America near by. It's only about 25 minutes away from downtown Seattle. I would highly recommend this place.

Our rooms had brand new beds and carpet/flooring and new showerheads. There was some loud noise in the wee hours. This hotel was a great value for us we just needed a place to rest after a long day! Easy to find and conveniently located. The beds were super comfortable and there were extras in the room i.e. refrigerator/microwave/coffee pot.

This Motel is under new management and it shows. The beds were very comfortable. It is a great place to stay if you are looking for an economical room. Highly recommend.

At the last minute we decided on staying overnight in the Seattle vicinity. I booked via phone and had to opt out of staying at Howard Johnson across the street because we are a family of 5 and only Travelodge can accommodate us. I'm sitting in the room now and wondering why I'm paying over * for this!! It is STICKY all over (the tables, walls, doorways, etc.) There is still hair on the vinyl wall of the tub and there's some disgusting splatter on the same vinyl wall!!! The toilet seat needs to be replaced, there's bubble pockets on it. The tub's faucet handles needs a good dose of bleach...I'm afraid I'll get the superbug by touching it! Stains on the chair, comforter, etc. Need I go on?

Decent room for the money, location did not seem very safe.

Other patrons were extremely noisy into the night. The room smelt moldy and musty. I would not stay at this hotel again. Missed 1/2 a night of sleep from the noise of other hotel patrons playing music or TV loudly.

The hotel has had a full renovation. The bathrooms have been fully tiled and have fancy curtains for a hotel room. The front desk is very friendly, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the heat so when I called them they told me there was a switch in the room that turned it on. I don't know how I missed it, because they are labelled. Its a convenient location, and even though it is located right by freeway its very quiet in the room. The service and room were great. I would definitely reccomend a stay at this hotel for other travellers.

The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all. She was rude when I ask her questions. The walls are thin. I will never, ever stay here again.

I would not stay hear unless you ran out of gas. Just the amount of bums that call the back lot home was un-nerving. Very Dirty.

Nothing. 20 words is not enough. Don't stay at this motel unless you are looking for drugs or want to be in danger at life.

The hotel is reasonable in cost and convenient to the highway. It is old and worn and needs a facelift.

When I checked in at 2:00pm, the room was not cleaned yet. The room seemed small at first. The mattress looked old, although it turned out comfortable enough. I did notice the room next door had new mattresses. The maids were blaring their Mariachi music on the radios by the bed. The view outside my window was that of old furniture and other garbage. Luckily I was on the second floor. There was ants around the table next to the window. Only in that small area. There was a limited selection for the breakfast. The location was good. It was in a quit area, yet just a 10 minute drive to downtown Tacoma with a nice new freeway taking right in to the downtown area. It was quiet. As for the room. The price was very reasonable. The TV was relatively new. The air conditioning worked. The sheets were clean. The owner seemed nice. After an initial bad first impression, I ended up liking the room. Or at the very least was content, considering the low price that they were asking. This room was nothing fancy in any way. If you are looking to save money, I would recommend this motel.
