I was in Perth for 2 days on business related travel. This hotel was recommended from someone in a similar position,as being in a great location ,with transport at door , most of which was free ,walking distance to shops , the swan River ,and attractions. The hotel had a large bedroom , no view , bit was extremely clean with all I required for a comfortable stay .The staff were helpful , booking my transport and really making my stay special.

A nice hotel with nice staff, I really enjoyed this staying here. A number of hotels in Perth have disappointed but this one is great. Well appointed and well priced with a good central location.

I continue to come back to this hotel as the restaurant and wait staff are fabulous. The hotel itself is clean and well appointed. I was a little disappointed in the servicing of the room this time, benches not wiped down, the cheese and biscuit snack from the fridge was moldy but that said, it wouldn't stop me from using the hotel again when I'm in Perth. One downside is that they don't have parking underneath, however there is a parking station further up the road.

Dining room often crowded and so nowhere to sit, and while there was a nice outdoor area, the tables and chairs were usually left wet after rain (which happened on several occasions). Apart from that minor irritation it was fine. Desk staff were most helpful.

Freshly painted but unfortunately the rooms still stank of paint fumes. No hot water one day.

The very kind manager got us switched to another room at once because the carpet in the room was still wet after having being cleaned after renovation of the room. The room also smelled of fresh paint. After the switch we had 3 marvellous days in Perth. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone.

Hotel has an excellent restaurant but very limited room service menu. The room service menu should be expanded to include more varietyand upgraded meals.

Good location to Perth shopping and transport. Most staff obliging to be of assistance. One day the room was not made up or cleaned and after being on a day tour since 730 that morning it was disappointing to find room unmade. some rooms are near the lift suggest to be relocated if you are a light sleeper.

A very fine hotel; nice, clean room; only downside: the balcony had a wobbly table, good value for money!

I have stayed at this hotel many times and would certainly stay again and recommend it, the restaurant is first class and the service by all staff members is friendly and welcoming. The only downside to my stay on this particular occassion was housekeeping, which really wasn't up to their normal standard and quite disappointing.

Car parking was a bit of a hassle, it ended up costing us over $20 for parking. It would be good if the hotle subsidised patrons for their parking nearby.

Friendly staff, booked tours at front desk & allowed left baggage after checkout. Walking distance to mall/shops/waterfront, and also on free city-bus line. Bar/Grill had limited menu but quite good food, small portions & quite pricey. Probably needs a separate dining room/restaurant. Room 301 was old, noisy with airconditioner units outside window, and lift chamber next door.

You know what your getting when booking a hotel under the travelodge brand. Considering what I paid, good service, clean rooms, and great location. A solid hotel.

Nothing terrific. Nice place with a bed if that's all you are looking for. But no internet facilities. Front reception's not, except for two person, very helpful. Location is a fine. I may stay there again, but, would search for alternative first.

Clean, spacious, well appointed room in a location slightly distance from the city centre, but still convenient. In room cinema films comparably very expensive.
