Close to Crown Plaza, where real conference was, but much cheaper. Minor things like toilet occasionally refilling on its own.

To sum it up my stay from start to finish for 1 night completely stunk! 1) The hotel manager was incompetent to give me proper directions by phone at least twice on 2 separate calls. 2) When I had called for a regular rate quote for that same night and a military quote, I was given 2 different sets of values. When I signed in with my military ID and asked on checking out for a receipt (I did get one until I specifically asked for a receipt), I pointed out to the frontdesk lady that I was charged for a regular rate. She repeatedly denied that the rates that I was quoted just the day before were correct. She instead gave me a lame excuse that the rates I had received were for "winter". When I pointed out to her that I had received the rate the very same day that I booked the reservation (which was yesterday from my writing this review) , she gave me her circular argument, ie repeating her exact same statement as if that was an appropriate response. So I was matter-of-factly charged 10 more for a regular rate. 3) The heat never worked all night. This was a particularly windy night and cold air from outside literally poured into the room all night through the door cracks, not to mention the actual howling wind that kept me awake. This hotel management needs some training on how not to outright lie to guests, how to honor their word, how to apologize for giving sloppy directions, and how to have correct directions readily available in the first place.

Convenient location. Small shower stall. The hotel was adequate for my needs.

Schredded wall-paper, stained carpet, sagging matress, holes in drapes. Not a nice place to stay.
Date of Stay:
October, 2008
Inexpensive for the location. Poorly maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were run down in need of paint, carpets and a general face-lift. The rooms were clean otherwise, bed was comfortable. Overall I was satisfied.

Nothing. Everything, management was rude! This hotel was terrible! I am very upset. The keys did not work. Also in the room wallpaper was peeling off!
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
There was a microwave and small refrigerator. Room too small for 3 people, bathroom VERY small, room service did not refresh coffee service. You could put up with this old, outdated hotel for one night, but I spent 6 nights in a hotel miles away from the person I went to go see. Bathroom was small, the room was small and it smelled musty which made my clothes musty.

The people at the registration desk were always friendly and helpful. Pretty run-down: broken chair, missing latch on shower door, noisy old fridge, etc. The hotel is conveniently located close to malls, restaurants, the Mass Pike, etc. The area is also prone to heavy traffic, so a bit of advance planning is needed if you need to get out and about.
Date of Stay:
July, 2008
The staff was friendly and helpful and nobody bothered us. No laundry facility. It wasn't the Ritz. It was very clean, but outdated. The beds were comfortable. It was exactly what I was looking for, a place to go and clean up and sleep, at the end of the day.
Date of Stay:
June, 2008
For an economy motel, it was very well equipped. It had a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, ironing board and included continental breakfast. Clean and well equipped rooms. Rooms have fridge, microwave, coffee machine and ironing board. Continental breakfast is included. Friendly and helpful staff.
Date of Stay:
May, 2008
Easy access to Boston either on surface streets or the pike. Good restaurants all around it. Huge mall across the street. Starbucks directly across. Nothing. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They resolved any problems we had as soon as possible.
Date of Stay:

Clean, quick, affordable, convenient. The staffis terrific! Great place to stay if you are visiting Walnut Hill School. The staff is terrific. The room was clean and well equipped. Nothing fancy, just a solid place to stay for a great rate.
Date of Stay:
July, 2007
The room was extremely cramped. The hotel was a bit difficult to find. While it was nice having both a small refrigerator and microwave in the room, it made the room extremely cramped.

It was clean, and in a convenient location. I think they should add a pool, so that the children and adults can go swimming. The overall experience was good. It was just right for the reasons of going on this trip.

Great location for this trip to see Framingham state college. Shopping close by. Breakfast not a high point. Older building could use some updating. Cheap hotel, no frills. Price is right for stop, sleep and go.
Date of Stay:

The location is great. Poor cleanliness and quality. The location is good, but the receptionist was not very friendly. I heard this hotel had been upgraded, but it did not show if, in fact, it was. The bed was fine and the TV was fine--that is all.

It was close to our destination. Rooms had strong smell mothballs, moved to 2nd room only slightly better. This motel is convenient. The cleanliness, air quality due to the use of mothballs is very poor. I can't imagine a person with breathing problems staying here. After moving from 2nd floor to 1st floor we found that the bathroom window was ground level and had no means of being secured, this made for a very uneasy night for my wife.
Date of Stay:

Rooms clean and quiet. Fan was noisy. For the money, an excellent place to stay. Offers breakfast plus wireless Internet. The Boston T is only a few miles away. The site is next to a mall.
Date of Stay:
October, 2006
The Continental Breakfast. The location was hard to find as it is off to the side of the road on the named street. After taking nearly 45 minutes to find this Travel Lodge, it was clean and the front desk was helpful when we asked questions. The Continental Breakfast was better than expected. Overall, we enjoyed our visit.
