The counter staff at this hotel was very friendly and knew the area very well. It is located close to the downtown area, making it easy to find a place to get a bite to eat and a drink.

Very comfortable room with lounge chair as well as bed for sitting. Older hotel, but clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

This hotel is not well maintained. Ice machine was not in working order on our floor. The bathroom lock was not working and consequently was locked in. Safety is an issue as there was not visible security staff. Hotel staff was responsive to concerns. Hotel management did not charge for the stay, but later the charge showed my credit card. STAY AWAY!

in town for funeral. Old "motel" type that needs serious updating. Relatively clean but very old. Did have small microwave and frig. 2" gap under door and broken safety lock on door. The only good thing was the pool area which was nice. Vending didn't work. Noone working the front desk after 10 pm, at least not answering the phone, so no wakeup service. There must be someplace better in tis town.

I was able to park my car at the door.

Because we were a late arrival and the area hotels were full we had no choice but to stay. The best thing I can say about this property is the television worked. The front desk was unresponsive to our concern. The room was dirty, bathroom floor and tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in twenty years, numerous traps for bugs along the base boards - ALL FILLED. The ceiling was cracked everywhere and in the bathroom mold was forming in the cracks. Outside our room the walkway/over hang was severally cracked, large pieces of cement missing and looked like the walkway was pulling away from building. Someone will be hurt if this is not repaired. This place is so bad the travel website should consider removing it from their website!

I never give reviews about hotels never felt it really mattered but it does. I read the reviews about this hotel before reserving m room but took a chance and decided to reserve one any way and glad that I did. My husband and I visited the ramada inn in Natchitoches (his home town) for a funeral and I was so grateful that we chose there because after such a long day we were able to return to our room it had been cleaned (we made a mess) dressing for the funeral and it was nice to return to a clean room.It was quiet and very comfortable I would recommend it for any circumstance

Clean and the landscaping around the pool area is beautiful.

The staff was real friendly. The room was a little outdated but for the price, what can you expect. The pool was a little on the green and slimy side but we didn't come down with tetnus or anything. The location was on the southside of town around nothing, which was good because it was rather quiet. But there was some bad element running around at night outside when I went to get ice. I think for the cost, I will stay there again if I have to.

Away from business district. Good place to stay and staff was quite helpful.

Pool was OK. Room was smelly and hot. Bar was nice. Most of the hotel was in disrepair. Staff was OK.

Nothing. Location. Appearance. Safety. Cleanliness. I should have just forfeited my money and gone to another hotel. Staff was courteous - that's the only positive thing I can say about the experience.

The lady at the desk was very friendly. We were extremely disappointed by the hotel as it was not what we expected at all. We had bags of trash outside the door, there were two mattresses up against the wall (outside) and it smelled like sewage. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of old smoke. To sum it up, my kids wanted to sleep in the car!

Nothing. Filthy. The carpet was so dirty my white socks were brown after an hour on the carpet. I understand the carpet may be worn but I will never stay at a Travelodge after this experience. The front desk person at check out said they were refurbishing. She meant cleaning. I suggest no placing any more guests in this room until the carpet was cleaned.

Nothing. Uncomfortable, unclean, staff was unwilling to help. This was one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed in. They were unwilling to put my wife and I in a King room. The room may have only been 10% occupied. Very dissatisfied.

The cleanliness and attention to detail. A little noisy. This hotel was clean, check-in was easy, and the staff was courteous. My only complaint is that the maid staff started banging on the door long before the 11:00 check-out time. With this being said, I will definitely stay there again paying better attention to the do not disturb sign.

The room was large. No fridge, no microwave, no net, pool green. The room was roomy and clean as it could get. The carpet is heavily worn. Rooms appear old. No fridge or microwave, internet was down all the time I was there. Pool was green and not useable. There was no cont. breakfast. Even the coffee was gone after 930 or 1000. I wouldnt do it again.
Date of Stay:
May, 2008
Helpful manager friendly staff, neat. Older furnishings & carpet, uncomfortable beds, no water in 1st room.
