While my stay at the travelodge my daughter attended a culinary camp at the Art Institute of California - San Diego. The whole family went to see the local attractions.

It was basic, very clean. I needed a hotel with a Hotel Circle address for convenient pickup for my all day training. Excellent breakfast-restaurant. Nothing, really. I would use this hotel again for my business travel. It fit my low budget, was very clean with good service and a wonderful restaurant frequented by locals. It was in the area closest to my training site, making it easy for transportation.

We found the location to be excellent, across from malls and near all area attractions. A trolley stops right in front of the hotel so no need to use your own car, just use the trolley. Free Internet, and a business center, with two restaurants. The price was great, rooms were ok, pool was large and service was good. We will stay here on our next trip with the family.

We had a wodnerful and very comfortable stay and don't mention the staff they were extremely helpful. Central location, free Wi Fi, Coffee maker and it was nice to have a safe in my room.

We picked this hotel because we have stayed in Travelodges and have been very pleased. we have a new view on them now. This one the first night, we had bugs in the room. We always were awaken w/stuff being shoved through the door. We will not stay here again.

Location only. Dirty towel, multiple discussions with hotel staff which was not helpful on phone or in person. With all the hotels located in the vacinity, Travelodge was the worst that I've been in.

in web site they claim that all rooms are non-smoking, have microwave, and refridgerator in rooms, we ended up being put in smoking room, without microwave, and refridgerator. when we called front desk with these misleading statements on web site, they said they would get back to us on this; I am still waiting for phone call. I also asked for a room deodoriser for the nasty cigarette smell; still waiting for it. when we asked for a different room, we were told that they were sold out and had no rooms available. we are pretty passive people and we were in town for a funeral so we felt that we had no choice but to stay there, had we been there for a vacation or just for pleasure we would not have stayed in this "motel". plese post so that other guests do not get misled like we did and possibly ruin their vacation. please please please post our comments.

Location was very central to area attractions, shopping and dinning. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Free high speed Internet, food was good, they also have a piano lounge.

Travelodge San Diego Mission Valley/Hotel Circle was a great place to stay. We were there for 7 days. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful when needing assistence. When arrived we had been up graded to a larger room. MY twelve year old son used the heated pool and hot tub every nite. The hotel was clean. The conference was open for the guest to use laundry computer and microwaves. I would stay at Travelodge San Diego Mission Valley again and would recommend to anyone. The Front desk Staff were the best when it came asking for help for any problems.

Extremely convenient location. Needs interior upgrades. In spite of the hotel needing some interior upgrades, the location to all San Diego has to offer is excellent and had everytrhing we needed for our trip in very close proximity.

Stayed one night. Room was decent size and affordable. Ample parking. It was obviously an older hotel, and, although it had some updating, signs of wear and tear were noticeable. Central location for San Diego's attractions.

My stay at the Mission Valley Travelodge was enjoyable. I upgraded the room to one with a small refrigerator and microwave in the back. Could not hear any freeway noise. The room size was average or slightly larger, adequate space to unpack clothes, etc. Bathroom was small. Very good air conditioner. Two restaurants on property, others nearby. Easy access to major freeways. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. very good value for the price.

Close to restaurants & freeway. The bathroom sink needed repair & other minor repairs needed. This hotel is one of many grouped along both sides of a freeway. It was easy to find and convenient, although the rooms needed a bit of polish.

The carpet in our room was filthy. We couldn't go barefooted or wear socks because the bottom of our feet would be black - we had to constantly remind our 4-year old daughter not to sit on the carpet. There was a bug in the bathroom 3 out of the 5 nights we were there. We were not too impressed with this hotel. The only good thing was that it was close to many attractions. There are several other hotels located on Hotel Circle - we would advise you to check them out before selecting Travelodge.

New carpeting was installed at hotel. Roomy, a little older hotel but great price for the budget traveler! Loved the restaurant Albies on site...Access to Fashion Valley shopping right across the steet! Friendly staff and accomadating! Best thing a few doors from to our convention hotel and saved lots of money!

The bear soap. The room had no heat. Has no heat in rooms the hot tub was cold,it was weather time but was clean

the room was ok for 1 night stay. But it has a bad smoke smell. It was suppose to be non smoking. The guy in the office said it was. Had to air it out since we had small children.

Room A/C didn't work This was a very low-quality room that I wouldn't want my family to stay in. The first room didn't have qorking A/C--had to request another room. There were broken windows on the building held together with duct tape. I should have chosen Motel 6--that would likely have been much better, from my expereince.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. It was quite comfy. The only problem was the stopper in the sink was stuck and would not drain. But when we came back later in the day it was fixed. So all in all a nice place to stay.
