Upon arrival at 8 p.m., the room was hotter than outside - 100 degrees plus. The AC wasn't working had to move to another room. No ice available-staff told me to go 2 blocks to gas station to get ice. Beds were VERY uncomfortable. Staff finally moved us to another room where AC worked. I have stayed at many lower priced motels that were much nicer.

The photos shown to advertise this motel are false. The rooms are falling apart and NOT kept up to standards at all. Pictures look great but they are not the true look. Front desk person was not friendly and not helpful. Very bad attitude.

It was clean and close to the area that I visited. It was built in the 50s, but did have updates (bathroom tile floor). It was ok for my needs on this short visit.

I was so shock when we did get in late eve4/5/08 I had asked for a downstair room, placed on the second.I had asked for a replace one on the bottom was refused. We are senior citizens 65 old. The bathroom floor had been retiled long time befrore , with no bolts to hold down the tiolet to the floor! My fear came about it would come off. I decided to take a showder in to the 2X2 stall, after seeing what was behind the curtain I quickly change my mind. The bed had like bubble wrap popping when we sat or laid down to rest.Never did figure what it was. If it had not been so late I would had tried to go somewhere else. The lamp on the right side was tape together to stay together( did not do so), it hung over with some dirty lamp shade hanging over it.Making it unused available. The carpet was so very, very dirty, very old no pad left and coming apart. Good thing I had flip flops with me! This room was never clean in months as the dirty chairs to sit on was filty as well as the little table filled with dirt and dust. Months of never cleaning!! There was no coffee for the machine to make a pot in the morning! The other's had very clean rooms , wonderful bathrooms, coffee available in the room . Guess what also with our cards discount and miltary $10.00 an eve cheaper. I will never stay in this Travel lodge again! We had plan to spend 3 days for the airshow , which we did only not in this room.

The room was clean and spacious, it had microwave and refrigerator. Nothing it was fine. The hotel was cleaner, larger and had a better bed than most of the rooms.

The beds were comfortable and it was close to old Mesa. The pool was ice, no tub, moldy shower curtain, no light bulb in 1 lamp, fridge was unplugged and we noticed too late for our food, to keep. There was a hole in the wall from the door that was not repaired and a handle missing a screw and hanging on the dresser. We also needed a handicapped room and they only had upstairs room left.

It was close to where I was attending but that was about it. The rooms smelt bad, they looked awful, fixtures were broken, and service was horrible when they actually were around to serve. The rooms smell bad, the front office does not help you, and the service is horrible when they actually are around to serve, there are broken appliances and fixtures in the rooms which could lead to danger if children are present, and the hotel is located in an unsafe area of Mesa.

Nothing. Neighborhood, view and steep stairs. This hotel would be good for business travel. We were there for a medical over night appointment and it was not a good sleeping night. It was not a safe feeling.

Not the best hotel i've stayed at. I was very unhappy with the location of this hotel.

The hotel was very convenient to the location of my class. The hotel's drywall and ceiling suffered both water and door knob damage which was not fixed and unsightly. Adequate, but not terribly inviting.

The overall appearance was 1960's, the shower facilities were old, and the overall cleanliness was fair. The hotel was an older facility that was trying to improve it's image. The outside looked nice but the rooms were old and needed.

Convenient to downtown and university. No restaurant. Nothing fancy, but clean, reasonable prices. Would stay there again.

Very large room. Somewhat noisy location. Ok, but a bit over priced for the location.

Nothing. I made my husband to keep the bathroom light on as I was afraid of what might be in the room. The street noise & sirens keep us awake. Our friend who lives in this town said she had never been to this part of town.
