I was traveling to Grants Pass (35 minutes away) but chose this location because it was the closest one that offered internet access. When I arrived, it appeared that I could connect to the Internet, however the connection was up and down like a yo-yo. When I finally DID connect, the pages were so painfully slow to load that I gave up. I hoped that it was just overloaded for the evening and went to bed. When I tried the next night (for several hours) it was unavailable altogether and when I attempted the front desk I was hung up upon several times before I realized that the phone wasn't functioning. I would have thought that the front desk clerk would have at least tried me back or checked in on me but nothing. I don't expect a million dollar service for *** (the best available in the area), but don't advertise services that don't exist.

That I escaped without bedbugs,that I actually slept at all. Unclean, smelled bad, paper thin walls and doors, half the items in the room were broken. This sleazy motel should not be offered at all. Visions of Psycho danced in my head. Security was nonexistent. A door was propped open with a brick. A dog yapped at me from a neighboring room. I was too chicken to check under the mattress for bedbugs. The breakfast area consisted of one corner of the motel office with one table and two chairs. I passed on it. I can get a stale donut with sprinkles on it at a gas station, and feel safer while doing it.

**Pet friendly :o)....Great public park right behind it for walking dogs. Location a bit difficult to find behind 2 other motels. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Interior stairs sort of steep for those with difficulties (no elevator). Pool small, but clean and refreshing. Rooms small but comfortable. Would stay there again.

It was obvious the rooms were old, I woke up smelling urine on the carpet and had a hard time getting back to sleep. The bed was uncomfortable, I felt I was sleeping on springs

Friendly staff, room small but clean, bathroom had new tile floor, only concern was the lack of security, outside doors were open and no security system for access late hours.

Needs cleaning and maintenance. Bathroom was in desperate need of upgrading, carpets over worn, hall way same. Over all very grundgy.

Traveling with large dogs and elderly mother. Pool was small, but very clean and refreshing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a large public park just behind it...great for running dogs. Location tucked behind two other hotels made it tricky to find, but it was quiet. Good value.

This Motel is extremely overpriced. This should cost no more than * a night. The rooms are old and musty. It was easy to find but was in a somewhat shady location. I called ahead and made a reservation since we were driving from WA to CA and wasn't able to view this online beforehand. If I had seen this place first I NEVER would have reserved a room. I was afraid to touch anything in the room. The only nice thing in the room was the TV, but you didn't even want to sit in the chair or on the bed to watch it. They should tear this place down and re-build.

Was looking for an overniter while attending the Britt Festival in Jacksonville. Except for road construction it worked out well.

Knowledgeable staff of surrounding areas. Decor. This is a great place to stay if you are just driving through. They have very cramped rooms. But, it is also convenient since it is right off of the freeway and close to many good restaurants.

First off we had a very hard time finding the hotel. Once we were checking in, we had already made reservations for the room before arriving. Come to find out they were only charging */night vs. what we were charged of *. The hotel would not give us the discount because they had to go by the agency the room was booked with. They also did not give us our senior discount for the room. Other hotels we've stayed at during our trip have been great. Even when we booked our rooms in advance through the travel agency, we would still receive a discount. Receipt or not. We will never stay at another Travellodge ever again! If you enjoy getting ripped off and like sleeping on card board boxes, then this is the place for you.

This hotel leave alot to desire. It had a bad smell and very stuffy. We left the air conditioner on while we were gone and that helped some. Anyone with a lung problem should not stay here

Convenience to freeway, parking. Motel was old, and sub quality as far as cleanliness, condition of shower, lack of towel hangers on wall, etc. I've stayed in older motels before which were well maintained and clean.

Nothing good. Dirty and Sheets had holes in them. This motel was a dump, should be bulldozed down and rebuilt; I find it unfit for lodging. The experience I had was the worst of all the motels I have lodged to date.

Easy access from freeway. Room was not very clean or sanitary. Room was small for 2 adults; bath was not in good condition, seemed just lightly cleaned. Just got a creepy feeling about the whole atmosphere.

Conveniently located of freeway. Not enough power outlets for electronics. There was garbage all over the outside area of the hotel. The entry way located on the South side of the building did not close properly, making a loud annoying sound, disturbing sleeping occupants.
