I was very disappointed in our hotel. The pictures shown weren't quite what you get. They floors were extremely filthy...they carpets seriously need a cleaning or changing. My baby is crawling and when he stood up his legs and hands were so dirty...it was gross. I asked for more towels..and was still left with 2. 2 towels for four guest.

The check-in process was extremely slow and the staff were not friendly. For the in-room coffee, I was only given one packet of caffinated coffee, no decaf. No choice of sugar or artificial sugar. The second day I was not given any coffee packets, and it was obvious that the bathroom was not cleaned.

I chose this hotel because they advertised shuttle service within a 3 miles area, there was no shuttle service at all. I booked two rooms for a stay before going on a cruise thinking we would be able to take the shuttle from the airport and on check-out to the cruise terminal which was 3 miles of the hotel. They advertised airport shuttle for a nominal fee on some websites and free on others ( it was a shuttle service not affliated with the hotel for a fee of 16 or 17 per person). It was cheaper to take a cab from the hotel. The comforters in the room needed cleaning some of them had spot on them and were not replaced when asked. One night the toilet look as if it would overflow and a call to the front desk resulted in someone bringing a plunger and leaving it at the door. The sheer curtains were dirty. The heating system was not very good. There was only one elevator located on the other side of the building and sometimes it was not working properly. We were told the manager would be there on sunday when we checked out, he was not.We were not able to try the restaurant because it was closed for the holiday, but there was another place with very good food, The Long Beach Cafe withing walking distance of the hotel.

This hotel looks OK from the outside, but inside the corridors were bare concrete, there was graffiti on the elevator signs, and the second floor windows were bolted shut - no fresh air.

Free internet. Parking was a problem. It is a moderate priced motel and has many features and amenities such as 24 hour front desk, air conditioning, AM/FM alarm clock, coffee maker in the room, free parking, ice machine, ironing board and iron, outdoor pool, refrigerator, restaurant, terrace and wheelchair access. Also free wireless high speed internet access. I enjoyed my stay at this motel very much. The Travelodge motel chain has a very good reputation.

Several BIG problems, said they were 3 blocks from cruise terminal, actually 2 miles! Claimed they had airport shuttle - they didn't, it cost us 65.00. POOL - NO WAY!! It was a dark green, algae coated swamp with ""stuff"" floating in it. Staff very unconcerned about all of it, didn't offer discounts or alternatives. Close to beach and shopping.

The swimming pool had no water in it? We requested extra towls & was told there were none. The parking facilities were poor, not enoungh stalls. People not staying at the hotel were allowed to park there. The small refrigerator had leaked and the fool, carpet was soaked. We were asked by the folks in the room below us NOT to park our SUV in a certain stall because they had a very large truck & wanted to park it in front of their room? The closet consisted of a metal rack for hanging clothes. Very, very bad experience.

Location to downtown. No laundry facilitate and poor customer relations. If you want a medium priced, no frills look after yourself with no breakfast or low-medium cost eating really near by then a good choice.

The front desk staff was rude and uninterested in guests. The room was dirty. The location of the hotel is a little scary and some of the other guests were scary also. I will not stay here again.

The hotel was fine and was a good value except for the fact that the air conditioner did not cool the room. Fortunately, the weather was nice when we were there - if it had been much warmer, the room would have been miserable. We ended up using the fan which brought in cool air at night, but did not cool things down during the day.

The location was very good close to Convention Center. The bathrooms in this hotel are in wall-less & in the living area no privacy, terrible! The staff at the Travelodge excellent, location good. The design of the bathrooms poor! The sink & mirrors are in the living room on carpet soon as you walk through the door you are in washing area, Take a shower walk out into the room on the carpet and shave unsatisfactory. No privacy while shaving or brushing teeth etc.

The room was not worth the money we paid. The room was not very clean. hotel is in a bad area. The front desk guys were more interested in TV than service. The person next door was screaming and cursing all night. I called the front desk. The front desk told the people we complained so they were even more rude & loud. We will NEVER stay here again. What a dump!!!

I liked the closeness to Downtown. I did not like the staff and that there was no warning the pool was under construction. The hotel staff was very rude. We knew the checkout time was 11:00 am and we got told that about four times by various staff. When we checked in the staff behind the counter was very rude. You needed an access code to use their' internet service and they made you come downstairs and get it instead of bringing it up to the room. I would not stay here again.

Absolutely nothing. Pigs have better accommodations. I checked in, found the prize in the toilet, smelled the mold in the air and checked out. I did not stay as it was the most disgusting room I have ever been in. I would have been better off sleeping in my car. I did not stay due to the conditions.

Rooms are nicely renovated, well located. Staff could not have cared less. Even non-smoking room was smoky. Hallways are dirty. Maid came at 5 pm. Nicely renovated and well located hotel that could use an attitude adjustment from the front desk staff and ownership. Even non-smoking rooms have smoke infested pillows, and hallways are dirty and scuffed. Maid service arrives at 5 pm and parties in the rooms. Don't believe the line about "free parking" because of the lot is full you are "on your own" and it was full by 6 pm every night of our 4 night stay.
