The staff was friendly and ready to help. I asked for fresh towels, and before I could take my shoes off, they were knocking on the door with the towels! My only concern was that I did not like the window lock in the bathroom...it just made me nervous. It did only let the window open six inches, but I was still nervous.

Booked this room because we had to be at the hosital for surgery. we were presented with a coupon that said to give at time of check in and then could not use it thr reservations were made through orbit. I thought that was bad business. Most places only reserve the room, then charge your card at time of check out. Could have stayed somewhere else. Only chose there due to the coupon and the amount.

The hotel staff was very accommodating to my needs. No hair dryers or irons. This was not a good thing when you are a traveler. The hotel exceeded it's star level. The staff was friendly and maid service was great. The only drawback was the room had only a shower and did not provide hair dryers and irons.

It was a get away weekend. Relaxation was the key. Left very relaxed.

Bad location, old hotel that needs work. Odd room arrangement. Small Bathroom that is uncomfortable. Old hotel that needs work and upgrade.

It was very clean and the staff wasso friendly. It was old and run down. If I hadn't gotten the room so cheap I think I would have been upset. It was very clean, and I can't say enough about how friendly the staff was, but it was very old and rundown. The room was small and the bed was uncomfortable. I didn't mind the area, it wasn't the nicest, but it was a very central location. I doubt I would stay there again, but for a one night getaway it was fine. Cleanliness is the biggest factor for me, and it was very clean.

Free breakfast. Location. Noizy neighbor all night long and staff could not stop them. The hotel offers free breakfast. It also has a pool. Location is great. The one thing that made it very bad experience was that our neighbor was a room of teenagers. Their parents were devoiced and not with them. They talked outside loudly all night long. We called the front desk, and the staff was not able to stop them. We could not sleep the whole night. I hope this is a ramdom thing.

New carpet and bedding. Difficult to find from interstate! Staff gave awful directions causing a 30 min delay in arrival - late at night. Bathroom had shower only - held together by caulk! -.

Nothing. Everything. I did not stay at this hotel. This is lower then a -1* hotel. To rate this hotel as a 2* is a joke.

The people were very nice & helpful. Pretty run down, older, needed work. The hotel was not the oldest nor the worst hotel I've stayed at, but it was older and could have used some updating and some work. The young man at the desk was exceptionally nice, friendly & helpful, but the hotel was not in the best condition.

Nothing. Musty smell, located in a very poor part of town, could not breath when I entered the room. The hotel is located in a poor part of town and is very old. I contacted the management to inform them that I had chemical sensitivity allergies and dust allergies and to prepare the room. The person on duty took me to 3 rooms and all had a moldy smell and old furniture which made me have serious breathing problems and had to rush from each in fear of a allergic reaction. Also the location was in a bad part of town where I saw suspicious characters walking up and don the street.

The manager did well to accommodate our needs. Windows not secure, Cracks in walls, old part of town. Old part of town, we were uneasy as to the surrounding community, room was not "fresh," was old, window in bathroom had to be propped shut with coat hangers, coffee pot was dirty and old - just not 2 star quality. We rested well, but would not stay here again.

Friendly staff (family run operation). Old building but re-modeled. Pleasantly surprised. Travelodge in my experience has typically been old and dirty. The owners did the best they could with an old facility.

Surprisingly clean. It was older and the ac unit was where you hang your clothes. Clean and comfortable rooms. The stand up shower was cool with the "trademark Bear". Clean sheets and towels washed with the best detergent made this a very nice stay. I was pleasantly surprised and it was right across from my favorite restaurant, how could this be wrong?

Absolutely nothing. Everything. it was very unsanitary, "roach motel".

Location. Needs updating. I found this motel clean but old and a little run down.

I liked leaving the hotel it was bad. Run down, bad area, think again before staying here. Old, run down hotel in a scary area.

Very nice hotel staff and close to a wonderful restaurant named the Blue Dog. My room was close to office and we experienced a little too much street noise. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. This was rated two star. The room was clean and neat. Very basic, but we were just staying for the evening and it was satisfactory. The restaurant next door is one of the best in Lafayette so it was great to just walk next door for a wonderful dinner. Ask for a room on the back of the building because the street noise was a little loud for a good nights sleep. They offer a basic breakfast of juice, cereal and pastries. Good coffee! This is an inexpensive hotel that has all the basics. Very clean and would probably stay there again.

It was easy to find. The star rating it had been too high in my opinion. Overall it was ok and would be good for someone who was just passing through and wasn't looking for anything special. Unfortunately, I was looking for more than what I received.
