Poor parking, very small rooms, outside decks and wiring not professional. Clean and okay, but a little disappointed on room size and breakfast was bare minimum.

this hotel was hands down the most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed. My husband and I were in town for his brother's wedding, we stayed maybe 10 minutes at this hotel before checking out. The rooms stank of smoke, the bed was moist (for some reason) and overall just an unhealthy atmosphere. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, your best bet is the Best Value Mr Sandman hotel, the Super 8 or the Best Western off of 84. There are more hotels in La Grande, Oregon than are listed on this website

The staff was nice and location was convenient for my purposes. The staff was very pleasant. They offer a fairly nice continental breakfast that was better than I expected. The room while older was clean. Bed was comfortable.

This was a basic hotel. It was clean and we had a frig and micro. The staff was friendly. The view out the window was beautiful. Nells-in-out was a great place to eat with like 30 milkshake flavors.

It was close to lots of things and it was clean. The fan in the bathroom was really loud. The breakfast was a little sparse. I enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean and tidy. It was within walking distance to a lot of places. There wasn't a huge variety for the breakfast, but other than that I had a good nights sleeps, warm shower and some good TV to watch.

"Very nice clerk. Older motel. Outdated mattress, sagging.Found hair in bed. Crumbs on carpet. Cable reception poor on TV. Nice to have microwave and refrig. Train ran right behind back of hotel. Pot holes in back lot. Bathroom looks remodeled but sink counter sticks out so it hits you when you are on toilet!"

I would recommend this motel to anyone. Clean rooms and nice staff.

Clean, well decorated, friendly staff, convenient. Quite noisy the nights we were there. Overall, our stay was very nice. We spent most of out time away from the room visiting with family but it was a nice place to come "home" too in the evenings.

It was a good price. I requested non smoking, got smoking, all of my clothes smelled badly the entire trip. This hotel is fine for a short stay while traveling through town, but I wouldn't want to have an extended stay here. The people were friendly, although we were double charged for the room and it took a while to get that fixed. The room was pretty clean, just rundown. Tears in the carpet, crack in the light, one lamp didn't work, and the battery cover on the remote was missing. A bunch of little things that add up to making you feel a bit uncomfortable.

Ease of location. TV didn't work, had to change rooms, A/C didn't work well. First room, TV didn't work, had to change. Second room single bed, not what was requested. Wife has hot flashes, AC in bad location in relation to bed. Third room, two beds, poor A/C, room stayed hot at night.

The staff were excellent. Noisy fan in bathroom. For the price a good place to stay, people were nice and room was clean!
