Hotel showed a lot of wear and tear. The remote control didn't work initially but was partially fixed by management.

There was absolutely nothing! Absolutely everything! The room was filthy. I don't think it had been vacuumed in a couple of months. The place really needs to be updated. I definitely will not stay there again. Went on to Eureka Springs, AR and got a much nicer & cleaner room for a much better price. Stay away from the Travel Lodge in Hot Springs, AR.

We stayed in an "upgraded" room, which makes me wonder what the "downgraded" rooms look like. The very small kitchenette had furnishings from the 1940's. The electrical outlets were not grounded, and shot sparks out when you plugged anything in. The table in the room had a broken leg,and was propped up against the wall for support. Their "high speed internet" had such a low signal that my (almost new) computer could not pick up the signal. I called travel website customer care for help after complaining to the desk clerk and after talking to them once, he refused to answer the office phone when they called him back. Desk clerk told him he sent a technician to the room to check out the internet problem. (He didn't, and thats when he didn't answer the phone after I told them no technician had been out there.) Run the other way from this place. Its a real dive, and in a bad neighborhood to boot.

Our stay was very good. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and checkin was fast. The kids loved the big pool. The only problem was there was no microwave or refrigerater in our room. Yes we would stay again

The good news is that the bed was very comfortable and the price couldn't get lower. Other than that, the decor was very outdated. Parking was very difficult. The kitchenette was so old I didn't feel safe using it. The bathroom ceiling paint was peeling. And the housekeeping didn't come around every day.

Great location. Bathroom was outdated. Enjoyed my stay, outdated bathroom and stiff beds. Great water pressure from showers. Would recommend to anyone.

When we first arrived at the hotel it looked a little scary and run down, but when we entered the room it was very large and clean.

The supply line to the toilet leaked and subsequently the entire bathroom floor was wet. Room smelled of mold and mildew and was impossible to cool down.

this hotel is so old and worn out! the bathroom had a window held in by a clothes hanger. the room was dirty, the pool was filthy. the parking sucked...just a horrible hotel for the money...do not waste yours!!

Location. The room was dark, dreary and noisy. The plug on the coffee pot did not fit the outlets in the room. I would not recommend this hotel. The front desk was locked every time I tried to check on something or ask a question. There were a group of kids hanging around outside our room until very late and there was no one in the office that I could call.

Was a great hotel for the money, the pool was great! VERY clean room and friendly staff. One tip-DO NOT eat at the restaurant connected to the hotel (its private owned, not Travelodges)

This hotel was unacceptable to me and my family. The room was extremely hot , the air should have been on !!! The sheets are cigarette holes , the bed was not comfortable . We left and headed back home the same night !!!!! The hotel is very old and spooky looking , the rooms aren't tidy at all . The room had a scent of winterfresh mouthwash ......I DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!!The botton on the TV was broke , the location was great ....just miles from Magic Springs , but why not update the hotel to attract tourists , what happened to indoor pools ?????

The Travelodge Hot Springs,is a good location Hotel, but that is about it on the positives. Hot Springs and ended up having to stay there. The Hotel clerk is one of the rudest people I have ever met, and apparently the Managers don't exist so if you have any other options, do not stay at this Hotel,because you may have adjoining rooms with someone whom you do not know, who has FULL access to your room.

The room smelled like stale water and the air conditioner didn't work well. Location was in a rough neighborhood and getting in and out of the parking lot was a challenge. Also there isn't enough parking spaces for the tenants.

It was a pretty comfortable place to sleep. It was a little too old of a motel for me. I'm sure this motel was just perfect for the rating it had, (although I don't know what it was). I have used your services before and have loved it.

Within walking distance of historic Hot Springs Spas, this place offers comfortable accomodations and a built in family restaurant. We highly recommend the buffet breakfast. The agreeable staff allowed us a late check in due to auto problems that saved us a nights sleep.

Close to destination location for touring Bathrow. It was VERY sleezy, low class, and run down; light bulbs broken off in socket. The bathroom window was not lockable and was clear glass, so that outsiders could see in. Room was dark. Light bulbs were broken off in socket. Curtains didn't cover entire window.
