Our stay was very good. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and checkin was fast. The kids loved the big pool. The only problem was there was no microwave or refrigerater in our room. Yes we would stay again

I would not recommend this hotel. The front desk was locked every time I tried to check on something or ask a question. There were a group of kids hanging around outside our room until very late and there was no one in the office that I could call.

Awful! Had cockroaches, no cold water, sink clogged.

The supply line to the toilet leaked and subsequently the entire bathroom floor was wet. Room smelled of mold and mildew and was impossible to cool down.

I'm sure this motel was just perfect for the rating it had, (although I don't know what it was). I have used your services before and have loved it.

Was a great hotel for the money, the pool was great! VERY clean room and friendly staff. One tip-DO NOT eat at the restaurant connected to the hotel (its private owned, not Travelodges)

The bathroom window was not lockable and was clear glass, so that outsiders could see in. Room was dark. Light bulbs were broken off in socket. Curtains didn't cover entire window.

Even though most of hotel was vacant, we were put close to the busier street and the only rooms occupied were right next to each other with an adjoining suite door. People in the next room kept talking loudly late at night. Then we had to pay for the two nights after already paying in advance online! After arriving home and checking my bank account, seeing both charges for the room, I called the hotel and spoke with a different lady who saw the double charge and said she would send a check to refund the payment at the hotel since she was not able to credit my account without the card to swipe.

The bed was terrible, the maids did not clean the room very well, and parking was taken up by restaurant customers and staff. I would not recommend this place for any one staying for an extended time.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would likely stay there again if we were to return to Hot springs.

I didn't last an hour at this hotel. It was so rundown and shabby. Nothing worked! No plumbing, no electricity, and while I was in the lobby complaining about my room, two other guests came in to complain about similar problems with their rooms. I decided the safest bet was to go to a better hotel.

Outdated hotel with a bad maintenance program.

It is not a hotel I would feel comfortable putting a friend in, because I wasn't comfortable there. 3 lamps were mounted to the wall, but were not near any wall outlets so you couldn't plug them in to turn them on. The kitchen made the room very crowded, I picked a kitchenette because that usually means MORE room.

I think that for the money they should have had offered a continental breakfast. I was traveling with 3 teenagers, which was expensive to take them out for breakfast. So the next time I travel I will make sure they offered breakfast.

It was slightly musty, very noisy, in need of renovation, shower fixtures partially missing, faucet running constantly (could not turn off), drain stopper not serviceable - - - just poor quality. Would not stay there at half the price. Please monitor your affiliates more closely..
