Location. Smell. Breakfast was nothing, rooms needed to be aired out for 2 hours so I could sleep. The cleaning staff need to learn not to over do with products that just try to cover smells, if it doesn't need it do not use it. I prefer to breath. They were redoing the roof but had no problem with that.

The rooms are adequate, the bathroom and beds clean. The rug could use a cleaning, I would not walk barefoot on it. The people who run it are lovely and the town quaint and fun. The heater did the job but was old and loud. I would not depend on the breakfast in the close quarters of the office. I would look around for a better place but would stay again if I couldn't find better.

Staff is friendly. Needs more benches/tables/chairs for eating esp. for breakfast. Chairs in the rooms are dirty. Needs new up-holster.

We stayed on night. Check-in was quick. With pre-registration through the online company check-in took less than 60 seconds. The location was great. The staff was nice and professional. The rooms were very clean and smelled clean. The bed was a little hard for our comfort, but that is better than being worn and sagging. The bed seemed almost new. The only thing I did not like is that the walls were very thin. I was relieved when the people in the room next to us turned off the TV at 10:00 PM. They were listening to MASH on TV. It was a good episode, but we had driven a long way and were tired. Also, the combo AC and Heater did not heat very well. My wife wanted to warm the room, but the heater part never got really warm enough for her. We saw the morning buffet and it looked good, but we chose to walk across the street to a 50"s style Route 66 diner. The breakfast there was great and we loved the music and atmosphere of the place. We would stay here again but since the walls were so thin, we would probably try somewhere else first, just for the variety. I would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget and wants a clean place to sleep.

Quiet. No bath tub. It was adequate for the price - nothing special.

This hotel is barely adequate for a 1 nite stay - beds are old and not comfortable - found towels to be stained and thread-bare - 2 story facility with no elevator access - No overhead safety sprinklers - there was a smoke detector but no indicator (light) that it was working. Outlet appeared to be overloaded with refrig, coffee pot, tv, etc Staff was friendly Williams is a quaint town - very friendly - too bad their hotel accommodations are lacking Don't miss Rod's Steakhouse just down the street - awesome food!

Its great for the price. Its in a very nice little historic town with great food. Its an hour drive from Grand Canyon. This place is great for its price. The place has great food and is an hour commute from Grand Canyon. If you dont mind the drive, its awesome.

We stayed on the second floor and faced Route 66. The room was quiet, we never heard our neighbors or traffic. We were within walking distance of pretty much everything in town, including the train station, good restaurants - my kids and I loved Twisters - and shopping. We requested some extra towels and they were provided immediately. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

It has great service. The swimming pool looked dirty & smelly. The hotel was conveniently at a walking distance from everything. The service was excellent. Our room was clean and welcoming. Overall I had a great experience. One thing I did not like was that the bottles of water were for sale. They should be complimentary to the guest.

We stopped for one night on way to the Grand Canyon. The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room (and the bathroom in particular) were clean. As it turns out, my daughter almost immediately clogged the toilet, and I quickly found a gentlemen in housekeeping who took care of the problem immediately. I believe I had the most comfortable sleep in a long time, including my own bed at home. Additionally, the shower had plenty of water pressure and the shower nozzle was at a nice height so I didn't hit my head on it (and I'm not tall, but you travelers know what I'm taking about).

Location. The room was very small with a smoky smell, very disappointing. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

We stayed here one night before going on to the Grand Canyon. We were pleased with the motel in general. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. The shower instead of a tub was fine with us. The breakfast consisted of fresh muffins, fruit, and cereal, which was ok with those in a hurry to move on. For the money, and just passing through, it was adequate for our needs.

The pool was clean the water was warm. The bed was so bad; it was so old it was hard. The air was awful; it blew right at the bed in your face. The hotel was ok for that area, but not for the money.

"I was hoping to get a decent hotel near the Grand Canyon. The price was high for a 'budget' motel (about $110). When we got there they only had a smoking room available. The room and beds reeked of smoke. The advertised breakfast was mini-donuts and apples. Next time I would probably stay at a nicer hotel in Flagstaff for about the same price. We stayed at the Days Inn in Holbrook the next night. The price was much less, the room was very good and the breakfast was much better."

Price. Heater ran constantly unless I turned it off. I would stay again for a short night solely because of price. The office clerk, a man, was very friendly.

"The Travelodge in Williams ended up being a very good deal. The town is adorable . I would recomend breakfast at the restaurant in front of the hotel and dinner at Typhoon(barbecued ribs a must try). Not to tell the comboy show they have in front of the restaurant in the evening which is very entertaining. I was very surprised and pleased with the hotel location and warm service. I would definitely recommend Travelodge in Williams. Also form there we visited Sedona, Grand Canyon, Monument Valley and Lake Powell. Arizona and its people red rock. Loved it!!"

Very clean, quick check in and out, quiet, front desk very professional. I'll stay in this hotel again, very clean, very convenient, close to everything and the train depot. We enjoyed our stay.

"I've been in the US for almost 3 years, and have stayed in many hotels across the country - this one was undoubtedly the best. It was perfect with all the services and a very helpful staff. I will go there again, if I get a chance"

No comment. The beds were small and low to the floor, the room was above the hot tub, and could smell the chlorine, shower and toilet were to small and low. I was were disappointed with the quality of the room, the wall were dirty, the bathroom small. the bed to low. We expected a king had a small queen, more like and oversize full. The room didn't feel or smell clean.

"Nothing special, it was adequate but was expecting a bit better. Kids very disappointed that heated pool not open for the winter. Bathroom very small, beds comfortable."
