Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping in the room was very poor, i.e. Dirty sheets on the first night! Coffee pot not cleaned. All in all our stay was pleasant except for the above mentioned problems, but we would still be hesitant to recommend this hotel to family or friends!

While this propery is a fair value for the money it's definitely over-rated at 3 stars. The public areas (hallways, lobby, etc.) are very dated and shabby. While registering I looked behind the counter at the floor, furniture, etc. and my first impression was that it 's a "tacky" establishment that's in dire need of a facelift. Also, the front desk staff was not at all welcoming upon our arrival. When we got to our room there were only 2 towels and 2 washcloths although we clearly had reserved this room for 3 people. They had no one to deliver towels so I had to trek down to the lobby to get these basic items that should have been waiting in the room. Also, no apologies were offered for this oversight or for our inconvenience. We always try to stay at 3 or 4 star accommodations and would have never chosen this motel if it would have been properly rated, which is 2 stars at the most.

The pool area was fairly nice. Old hotel in poor repair. This sounds like a decent hotel on paper but it is actually kind of old and in poor repair. On the positive side the room was clean and the pool area was fairly nice. On the negative side the plumbing in our room was not good. The toilet hardly flushed and the bathtub took forever to drain. This is a decent place for a budget minded traveler to stay but the next time I am in the Goshen area I will stay at another hotel.
