Bed linen had a stain on it, handcloth had a visible stain on it. I'd like the hotel to be cleaner. Stains on linens and the packaged soap in the bathroom had water stains on it. Soap looked old - like it'd been in there for eons. It was a turnoff.

The area reaked of sewage, trains loud in the back of the hotel. Pool filthy, hot tub out of servive, ice machine broken, poor customer service including rude signs posted ""We do not give change for machines so don't ask"". Crime tape on neighboring building. Bad choice overall.

Microwave, fridge in room plus wireless internet. Room too small and breakfast not great. Ok hotel for the price. Friendley helpful staff. Breakfast is not that great. Wireless internet was slow.

Always nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The location and no shuttle to the new casino in town. It was a nice place to stay for the price.

I only had to stay there forone night. Old, beat up and grungy. It had worn out and holed carpeting, small bath towels that you could read through and use for sandpaper. One lamp didn't work, the TV controller was non functional and the bathroom looked like something that would make you wash your hands after you finished taking a shower in it.

Close to the door, ground floor. Room was smelly. The beds had a cheap motel look: sagging in the middle, bed spreads old. The room had a stale smell.

Room was adequate, location to interstate was convenient and restaurant nearby. Continental breakfast supplied had juice, toast, muffin, coffee, waffle, and that was it (skimpy). Except for the breakfast supplied, it was ok.

The price was economical and the rooms were decent with plenty of amenities. I had trouble climbing the stairs with my 21months son and luggage's. Overall the hotel is perfect for overnight rest, the pool and sauna were easily accessed, but I didn't like being placed on the 2nd floor with no elevator and it was difficult to take all my luggage and my son's luggage upstairs on top of trying to keep my 21 month old son with me at all times, it was just the two of us. I mentioned this at check-in but didn't get a response for better accommodations but the rooms were sold-out.

It was extremely clean, the food was good, and the staff was extremely helpful. Wish there was an elevator. This hotel was extremely clean, the pool and hot tub were clean and fun, the food was great, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

It was spacious and clean. No elevator to second floor to accommodate handicap customers. The telephone didn't work. I like the outdoor setting and the spacious room. The beds were comfortable. I didn't like the small table of four in the continental breakfast area. The hotel's location has easy access to the freeway and Gas Stations and easy to find.

Nothing. Dirty, unpleasant, terrible. My spouse and i arrived at this hotel, and even though we had already been charged. We could not stay in such an unclean environment, we left and found a different hotel to stay the night.

The hot water. Dirty. Oh wow! Well the beds were hard, the room was dirty and the floor was wet. Upon arrival we were giving the wrong room and entered someone else's room. Thank god no one was there and we were honest. The lady that checked us in was tweaking on something. Overall a bad experience.
