They put us in smoking rooms. When we said no way, they were going to charge us another $20 per room. We did not stay at this horrible Motel.

We booked thru online travel website , and the room was suppose to be handicap friendly. WRONG!!!!!! Even the snow & ice was not removed from in front of the handicap parking spot. My husband slipped & fell in the tub, due to lack of proper grab bars, Fortunately, he wasn't hurt too bad, some bruising on his back. The desk clerk was not at all concerned or compassionate about the fall, because they (travelodge) are not responsible for accidents. I asked for our money back to no avail for the nights stayed (5) which were 5 too many!!! online travel website did give us credit for the unused days & we found a much better place with a walk-in shower with a seat, larger bathroom, that will accomodate a walker or wheelchair & a grab bar next to the toilet. The desk clerk & it was the same fellow all the time, was very unmotivated, cleaning service, terrible, just an all around bad experience. We've travelled alot & this by far has been the worse place we have ever stayed. There are alot of hotels in the area at all different prices, please check them out.

Food at cafateria was the worst I've had and over priced! It does not have a view. Like a motel 6 in decor. TV gets about 10 channels. Food was bad.

This was a horrible choice.....no working microwave, soaking wet carpets, rock hard beds and no hot water! Hallways that smell like smoke, even though we were in a non smoking area, and staff that were extremely unhelpful and defensive when issues were brought to their attention. So many other options to stay in....choose something else!

Pool. Room. My kids love to swim. The pool is awesome! But the rooms are decrepit. But the kids not mind. So if you want a place to take your kids swimming and not care about the rest, this place is awesome for the money.

The price was supposed to be around $ (before discounts) but when we checked in it was closer to $- and that's with the AARP discount. The parking lot was not very well cleared of snow so there were only about 20 spaces for everyone. Our TV remote did not work- although the very nice night clerk spent a bunch of time trying to find one that would. Then she told us she'd take $ off for our inconvenience. When we checked out the next day- there was no record of this (and she refused to honor it) and the actual price we were charged was $ (they forgot to include taxes in the original $ price). The room was pretty clean and quiet and the night clerk was nice but the day people were very rude and we paid over $ more than we were expecting for our stay. Go somewhere else!

Very easy to check in and out of. The beds were not comfortable at all. Aside from the beds, the experience was really good. The price was moderate and the check in was super easy.

Corridors in the non-smoking areas smelled of smoke. The toilet leaked so there was water on the tile in the bathroom throughout our visit. Soundproofing between rooms was terrible, so we could easily hear what was said in the room next door.

The outdoor patio off the room. Light bulbs burned out, and the room stunk! The motel itself was nice, however the hallways and room really smelled of smoke. They could use air freshener and it would not smell, or clean the bedspreads and carpet more often.

The bathrooms were spotless, the jacuzzi was amazing. If you want to stay in a decent place and save some dough, this is the place to do it. Not to mention downtown Flagstaff where all the bars are is only a minute away. Don't want to go to down town? The Hog Restaurant (the food is mediocre) that is attached to the hotel has a seperate bar area that is a little dive but fun. The bartenders are super friendly. Ask for Matthew, he is new so order some made up drink to mess with him. He will get a kick out of it.

Nothing! Roaches, dirty, unfriendly staff, rude staff, skimpy towels, dirty rugs. Unsatisfactory. I would not recommend anyone (not even a poor person) to stay at this hotel; even if it was offered for free!

This is the worst hotel I have ever been in. The first room they gave us had mold in the shower, holes in the bedding, stains on the walls, floor, sheets, pillow cases and the chairs were so stained - it was unbelievable! I wouldn't let my 10 and 11 year old sit on or touch anything. Upon calling the front desk - I just wanted my money back and to find a new hotel, they stated I had to try another room before I could get a refund. The next room was on the 3rd floor and was just as bad. We ended up checking out the same night and paying out of pocket for another hotel. We have yet to get our money refunded back on to our credit card. Unless you dont mind filthy conditions, find another hotel or go camping.

There was nothing that we liked about this hotel! Everything! The train ran right behind the hotel every 10 minutes, blowing it's horn. We looked directly into the back of a junk yard. The hallways stunk like mold and mildew. And we will never stay there again, and would not suggest it to any one else!

My wife and i left San Diego about 5:30AM,stopped at the grand canyon, and arived at the traveloge about 8:PM. We were plesantly to find that our king single was a suite. our room was on the third floor but there is an elevator to help move luggage. it's a older place but seems to be well maintained.

The pool and hot tub were great! My daughter had her back window in her car smashed out with a rock. It seems that maybe the hotel could have helped us a little more with the mess the shattered window made.

We booked a day stay here at this hotel. It is closer to the highway, easier to find. Staff was generally friendly although we did not interact with them much. Rooms can get slightly cold for the heater installed. Besides that we were generally satisfied with the hotel.

Room was clean, sheets & towels were clean andsmelled good. Much cleaner than I expected and staff was very nice and professional to me. I will stay there again.

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, staff was very nice, Room was clean and cool ready for guest, the common areas were not air conditioned. Would stay here again."

The pool was nice. The night staff was inattentive. Overall, the hotel was alright for the price. The manager was aloof and the night desk clerk did not care that our toilet was running and not filling up - she recommended another room and ended up putting us in part of a suite, which was for smokers - being non-smokers the smell drifted through the bottom of the door. Having already moved and being sick, I was disinclined to move again. The part of town we were in was not too reputable either but being strangers we were not aware of that until we were there.

"about 8 years ago, this was a beautiful establishment and i would stay there often. the pool/jacuzzi was a lush oasis with tropical trees and live plants around it and the saunas a treat. Today, the pool and jacuzzi are bare, the jacuzzi cool and the sauna barely warm. This motel has great potential but not at its' current management. Oh yes, no free breakfast of any kind. There are great restauraunts close by though. Beds were fair. The shower was nice, hot and refreshing and clean."
