Since we made a few changes when we arrived, we didn't ge the great rate quoted originally, but it still was't bad. Our room was clean and neat and in a good spot. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was very nice, a king bed, overlooking the very nice large pool area. The front desk staff was nice, had a good sense of humor and very informative on what to see while in Eureka Springs.

Flies in the room. No one in the office when I arrived. Had to use an intercom to contact someone to come check me in. When I am paying to stay at someone's hotel, they should appear to appreciate my business, this place seemed more interested in just getting paid.

The lady at check in was rude. We only received three towels.The room smelled musty. The AC was off. The TV was unplugged.

The staff was very courtious and helpful. Swam in pool. Nice. The continentalbreakfast was not on time.

I was hesitant due to the photo on-line & appearance. The hotel looks old & outdated. Upon arrival--I was totally impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms.

The Travelodge was a very nice hotel to stay at. It was a nice,quiet, clean room and we had lots of space. Hotel staff was extremely friendly.It was at a great location. The only thing,there was little space for the continental breakfast, no sitting area at all. But we always like to go eat out a good breakfast so this didnt damper our trip at all, everything else about our stay was perfect.

This motel, while not luxurious, was entirely adequate for my stay in this vacation spot. The location was in the center of the weekend's activities, and quite convenient to most things in the area. The check-in process went smoothly and quickly. The room was clean and comfortable, and remained so for our three-day stay. There was a very pleasing wooded view out the back of the room with a pleasant common balcony with chairs to sit in and enjoy the view. I would stay there again. The area devoted to the somewhat sparse breakfast was very small. Because of the crowd (the motel was fully booked) we didn't even try to avail ourselves of it.

I enjoyed this lovely retired couple and their hotel. It was clear that they wanted to give me the best of service. Both remembered my name, were interested in my comfort and excellent service to me. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and frankly, the rate is hard to beat!

My wife and I wanted a nice quiet get away for a few days and thats what we got. This motel is very clean and peaceful. Not only that they have great rates and friendly staff. We would stay again!

Overall, it was a very good experience. The room was clean and nice, with ironing board and everything. The only minor drawback was a very light continental breakfast.

The hotel was nice. The check in process was easy. The room was very cool which was nice since it was very hot outside. The view was beautiful, the pool was clean and in a great location. The only complaint I have is that the complimentary breakfast was awful. The employees didn't show up to serve it until almost 9 am and then there was only room for about 3 people to stand and eat. There was no room, and nowhere to sit. We ended up having to leave and go eat somewhere else because there were so many people crammed in the small area that we couldn't get anywhere near the food to even see what the selections were.
