The bed was not supportive & the motel appears 40+ years old. This is a motel, with exterior doors, very small, and I wouldn't recommend it. There is a newer Motel (Best Western) at the south end of town that appears to be much nicer. I will be staying there if I have to travel to Ephrata again.

Bad odor when enter(not smoke) Toilet still had BM.Towel rack fell off the wall. Someone in another room showering at 5AM. Burn in shower when someone in another room flushes toilet.

I requested handicap facilities. There were no handcap parking. My wife being handicap, had to climb up two flights of stairs, which she is'nt supposed to. With my daughter's help we got her up to the room, we were assigned. As of now, Ephrata Travelodge, and Orbitz, are off my list. If I could have gotten a refund,I would have driven on to my destination. Either Ephrata Travelodge gave Orbitz false information concerning Handicap facilities, or Orbitz doesn't know what's going on!!

Convenience to city center, highways, excellent staff, privacy & quiet. Excellent place to recover from a long outdoor adventure or to stay at for Sasquatch Festival (as I did). Inexpensive, clean, close to food & highways, with an excellent staff. And the pool was refreshing.

No housekeeping, loud, dirty, shower gross, bad parking, door broken, expensive for what we got. Personnaly I will never use this hotel again. Housekeeping didn't make beds. Bathroom was dirty. Noise from street was extreamly loud and everything needed updating.

They had wireless internet access, but none of the staff new that. They argued about my cancellation of one of the nights that I did over 3 weeks prior. The accommodations were terrible. The building needs restoration and a good paint job as well as some updated furniture. The staff are terrible, and their attire was in street clothes. They had no knowledge of the amenities such as internet, and communication between employees is non existent. The assured me 3 weeks prior to my arrival that the 3rd night of my stay was cancelled. When I arrived, they never heard of my call and insisted I pay. Ultimately I never paid, but they made the stay very uncomfortable the entire time.
