The room was nice. The view was great. It was right across the street frpm the river walk which we enjoyed and close to the casino and restuarants. The staff was helpful. Would recommend.

It is in walking distance to the Casino which is where I needed to go. It is aparty hotel which is fine, but its not a place to stay with a family or for more than one night. You wouldn't get any sleep.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is located right on the water front which provides a quick walk to the casino and to the night clubs. The service was excellent as well. Parking is a bit of pain as it is $10 Canadian to park at hotel. The lot itself is also pretty small and packed with cars. The room itself was your normal run of the mill type of room. There was nothing special about it, and the bathroom was a little dirty. Other then that this hotel provides exactly what you pay for.

If you are looking to visit Windsor for a few nights and are NOT looking to spend a fortune but want to be in the heart of it all, this is a good pick. You are only blocks from the casino and all the nightlife. The room was very clean and we had a great view of the Detroit skyline. I would stay there again and I am very picky about hotels. The only negative is parking - it gets tight and you do have to pay per night (like $10-$15 depending upon the day).

I liked the view since it overlooks the Detroit skyline. I did not like that you had to pay for parking. The room was clean and included a microwave and small fridge. The bed was quite comfy and I found it hard to get up in the morning! The staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to do a late check-out with no hassles. There was also free wi-fi and continental breakfast, although I was not able to utilize either one. There was also a free paper on our doorstep in the morning. It was in a great location close to many things as well as the bridge and tunnel to the US and also offered a free shuttle to Casino Windsor. My only complaint was that parking was not free.

We had a great time at this hotel. Nice view and the location was wonderful

Location. Paying parking fee, unexpected. elatively clean, good location, deceived by parking charge, never expect this.

The first time we stayed here the room smelled and was dirty with trash leftover from a previous occupant: there was a filthy baseball cap behind a chair! The room was on the so called "corporate" floor but it was so tiny with the 2 queen sized beds. No room to turn around but since it was a one night stay it was ok. My parents needed to stay in town again and they thought for one more night they'd rebook with TL - What a mistake! Not only did they have to argue to get the same rate/deal as before (as promised!) but the staff was not pleasant in making sure they got the same deal. I got attitude/lip from more than one staff member behind the front desk when I asked for a parking pass. The room was not up to par this time either: My mom found a ripped sheet in her bed and wondered why the inept maid put it on the bed in the first place. A maid made no attempt to change the sheets the next day and only grudgingly changed the ripped one after my Mom requested it; She also only made up one of the 2 beds in the room, didn't give new clean washclothes without being asked for some and only vacuumed a small portion of the rug. My mom had to chase her down the hall to get these other things done - things that SHOULD be automatic! The tv reception wasn't good either. Very liney and static-y. Oh, and there was trash on the floor in the hallway and in both elevators AND there was no soapdish leaving one to place the slimey soap on the countertop. The continental breakfast wasn't always stocked - Mom found no milk! RIDICULOUS!

24 hour restaurant attached, on main road and clean. In summer would likely choose a hotel with a pool. Met expectations - very happy with hotel, beds were very comfortable, pillows were amazing - and lots of them! Liked that there was a restaurant open 24 hours - ate breakfast at 06:30!

Pool was well maintained. Charged for parking without notification. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful.Charge for parking.

"Building is being renovated, and looks bad outside, and old inside. But our room was clean, and we were upgraded to riverview at no added cost. You do pay for parking, which is limited, but try to find a hotel that doesn't charge to park. Pool area was okay, but whirlpool didn't work. It was a nice location for the money, staff was pleasant. To get more amenities, you will expect to pay more."

Parking is limited and require additional $6 a day, however it may gets too full and you need to walk far distance to park your car. The room is very small, seems quite old. You need to pay extra for parking, no breakfast provided. Bed is not comfortable, coffee machine seems old.

Best thing for us is the location near our son and the tunnel. Parking is charged and very tied, not much available. It is now a home for construction workers at the nearby casino and is beginning to show its age. Breakfast is completely during the week but not much there, just bagels and muffins and some cereal and some very thin coffee. No restaurant is on site, it closed years ago.

Staff is friendly. Parking-very small and $7.5 a day. We reserved the hotel at 1pm. We were there at 1:15pm and the reservation was there. The check in time was 3pm, but we were in at 1:30pm.

The location is great. Charged me more when I arrived for a smoking room. The staff was not very friendly or concerned about m asking sure we were pleased. They also charged $15 for parking in their lot but were unable to guarantee a spot - first come first park basis. I was disappointed with this specific Hotel.

Price through priceline and conveniant location parking is difficult at best

The night clerk for Friday through Sunday was great and very helpful. I feel that the hotel should have their restaurant open not only for the breakfast. Phone did not work in the bathroom and the cleanliness of the hotel.

Close to my conference. Pay for parking. I know the parking is trivial but it's something that I refuse to pay.

The location along the river and Downtown is good. Charge for parking and then not enough spaces; have to wait for someone to leave. Check in was smooth, but not the river view we would have liked. After unpacking we found a bad smell in the bathroom and were changed to a Riverview room. Breakfast is for 7 am posted, but when we came early the second day it was ready and appreciated. Parking is a problem even with the charge.

Size of room. Front desk people very uncaring. Location good, price good, parking poor. Front desk help not customer oriented. Not a two star hotel.
